We were very pleased with this hotel. We read a few horrible reviews and were skeptical. Those reviews were way off base. The hotel is very well maintained and clean. The staff was so helpful. The grounds and pool area was wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel. Plus, the rooms were fantastic and the bed was very comfy

It almost has a theme park/museum feel with the larger than life Lucy and Desi photos that line the hallways. The place is very clean and the room was spacious. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were small and felt cheap. Fortunately there was 6 of them. There's a pricey restaurant that is part of the place that provides room service which is convenient. There was a refrigerator in the room but no microwave to warm up leftovers which was disappointing. There was a small coffee maker and 2 coffee packets with creamer and sweetener. For the price we thought it was a good value, but no microwave and no complimentary morning coffee other than what was in the room lost points with us.

I loved staying in Lucille Ball’s hotel! The nostalgia was great. Restaurant staff were amazing and vibes are to die for. The affordable room i chose from their website was very clean and spacious. Unfortunately it was as far from the front desk as humanly possible and despite the hotel being quite empty, I was placed in a room facing the freeway with a neighbour via an adjoining door. I’d stay again, but would ensure I had a better location. Stay for dinner and a show!

Horrible hotel. Would NEVER stay again! This place has roaches and the service is terrible. Brent (the manager) gave attitude on the phone, said he wouldn’t give us a refund on the room, and hung up on us. He claimed roaches were common in Palm spring, but they should not be common in a RESORT He was the most disrespectful person I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. Who wouldn’t refund a room if it’s filled with roaches? We took pics and vid’s and will be sending complaints to corporate. Absolutely worst resort ever. Don’t even bother staying here. The Esmeralda resort across the street is 10x better.

It was very clean, and staff was extremely friendly. The rooms are large. The breakfast set up was disappointing. 15.00 for cereal and muffins etc and an extra 10.00 to add eggs and bacon/sausage. Our room was never stocked with coffee cups so we were charged 10.00 for 2 cups of coffee from the buffet. We were charged 25.00 a day for parking which wasn’t posted anywhere online when we booked. No microwaves in the room to heat up our leftovers.
It’s a nice hotel but not nice enough for all the added charges that would be included in a hotel that price. We liked the hotel, but will probably choose a different place to stay next time.

The rooms had some older and newer touches to them. Our shower took a long time to get hot and turned cold at one point. But the rooms were spacious. Also the bed size is a full and very bouncey but wasn't too bad to sleep on. The cable was out so we didn't have tv, so we were given buffet breakfast vouchers for the morning. The breakfast buffet was basic. Was disappointed they didn't have make your own fresh waffles and only had ready made packaged ones. The staff all around was super friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and the surrounding area was also beautiful.

Liked the location but the actual hotel has seen better days. Most economical rooms located on “noisy side” of facility- overlooking highway 111. Elevator out of order, TV service down, in-room window shutters broken, burn hole in blanket, tattered shower curtain just to list a few. The security is not great either. Access doors not locked, fitness center not locked. We had spare change taken from night stand after cleaning service.
The pool is lovely though.

I loved this place. The original hotel was owned by Lucy & Ricky Ricardo. Beautifully remodeled. Gorgeous Large Family photo's of Lucy,Ricky and the children thru out the hotel. Who doesn't forever love the Ricardo's.
