So I’ve gone to this shop multiple times. First for a cracked screen and the price was great!

Second time I cracked it again and since it was close to when I had just had it replaced, they gave me a slight discount as a returning customer.

Now as of 2.19.25 my phone died and wasn’t turning back on. I was charging for hours and nothing. I took it in and the tech told me it was cause of the unregulated voltage from the box I plug into the wall. So my phone went into a sort of safety mode sleep. He restarted it and it was back to normal.

I asked how much did they want and they said nothing, since he only restarted it. I was so grateful and he gave me some good advice on not cheaping out when it comes to buying chargers for my phone cause I could damage the battery.

I left buying one new charging box.

This place is awesome and I’ll always make it a note to bring my tech here

I came in with a claim to repair my phone. The older gentleman was welcoming and explained the process and how long it will take. When I came back my phone looked brand new and he even replaced my screen protector ans explained warranty to me. They did a wonderful job and were fast and efficient.

I was able to make a same day appointment at this location, I was there by 5:30 p.m. and they told me my phone would be done before 6:30 p.m. and true to their word my phone was all fixed. He tested it in front of me, my screen was broken. I had stickers on the back of my phone and he did tell me he might have had to cut some of them but at the end he didn't have. The location was nice and clean the representatives were very helpful and attentive. If I ever need more phone services I will be back

Great customer service. The lady was very nice and helpful. I went in for a screen replacement and took care of it right away. Fast and easy, she was nice enough to clean my charging port and now it works like new. I highly recommend this place for phone repairs.

The gentleman who helped me was awesome explained exactly what he was doing and was finished early. The phone came out fantastic like a brand new phone And I didn't have to transfer any data and all my settings were the same. While it may have been a little expensive it was still cheaper than buying a new phone.
