I’m really disappointed with South Bay Supps. I arrived at 10am based on their posted hours online, only to find the store closed, lights off, and a sign on the door saying they open at 11. Maintaining your business hours on Google should be one of the simplest aspects of running a business, yet they clearly can’t even get that right. It’s frustrating and a waste of my time to drive here for nothing. If they can’t manage basic customer expectations like opening hours, I wonder how they handle other aspects of their business.

South Bay Supps is hands down the best shop there is out there. Been with it since 2020 and I haven’t changed for a reason. Steven and everyone always provides the best customer service and answers every question you got no matter what. Having two locations just makes everything even better and more convenient. 10/10 🔥💪🏽

Best supplement store! Steven puts a lot of effort into what he carries in his stores. He really makes it where there is something for everyone. I have specific health needs, and Steven consistently offers excellent support and product recommendations that suit me perfectly. He and his wife (when she is in the store) is highly knowledgeable in the field and unquestionably trustworthy. Really worth the trip to coming out to this store or even his National City store!
