This review is long overdue! The first arrangement I received from Lilylu Flowers was on my birthday. The arrangement was stunning! It was the perfect mix of blooms with an amazing hybrid lily that I'd never seen before. You can tell a lot of thought went into picking each flower. What was even more amazing was the owner, Annie, delivered the flowers herself to my son's soccer game, because it was where I would be spending my whole day. It is a moment I will never forget.

When my grandmother passed away last summer, Lilylu Flowers is the only shop that came to mind. Annie provided an incredible level of compassion during a very difficult time. She offered to meet with my mother in a setting that was most comfortable for her. She also reached out in the days before the consultation to check in and see how my mother was feeling, as she wanted to be mindful of how she presented the information. Annie’s thoughtful guidance helped us navigate the selection process with ease, and the final arrangements were beautiful.

I can't recommend Lilylu Flowers enough. They are the best in town for beautiful, high-quality florals and the customer service is second to none.

I originally placed an order with a different floral shop for my mother-in-law's celebration of life ceremony but the day before I decided to look up the shop's reviews and was horrified.

With 24 hours before the celebration, I called Lilylu Flowers in a panic and told her my situation and she immediately put me at ease. She assured me she would take care of everything. She asked me a few questions and would you know, 24 hours later she was there delivering the flowers and they were PERFECT.

And not only that, she gives the best hugs. The flowers are beautiful BUT the customer service is top notch.

I love this shop so much. I had 2 events recently, one for a friends birthday and one for NYE; each with a different theme. Any called me to talk about the design for each and went above and beyond to help me find some inspiration photos for what I wanted. Once we agreed on a design; we agreed on a price per piece and talked delivery details. Each element of process was seamless and amazing and not to mention the flowers turned out amazing!!

Awesome!! I ordered 18 roses at 230 pm for my wife on our anniversary and they were delivered at 430pm. Absolutely gorgeous! It's a little more pricey than your grocery store variety roses, but WOW you get what you pay for and then some! Prettiest roses I've ever seen. The wife loved them. Thanks so much, you guys rock! ... this picture is 2 days into having received the flowers...No signs of wilting or droopiness....

I ordered a dish garden for a funeral. It was last minute, right before Valentine's Day. I was so impressed with this flower shop! They were amazing - the dish garden was the most beautiful I've ever seen and the price was very reasonable. I will order flowers from no one else now! I love the fact that it's a local (Imperial Beach) florist and am happy to support them.

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars! I stopped by today to pick up some flowers for a graduation and birthday, and the Lilylu team were so helpful and accommodating. They created a beautiful and customized bouquet for me in minutes.

Also, the business is locally and female owned! Will definitely be back and looking forward to trying their delivery services!
