Door says open till 10pm. I showed up with several minutes to spare and they were already closed with a couple customers still inside. I drove from 10 miles away in Otay Mesa and figured I could get to this store faster than the the H Street location. I knew exactly what I wanted and could have been in and out in just a couple minutes. Not really a big deal, but that was definitely a ball dropped in the customer service department. Little things count. Details matter. Do better.

this place reminded me why I never come here
I was right next store so figured why not.
Lucky me, they were having a 30% off sale for select brands. I told the guy (Dominick E) that I wanted products that were with the 30% off deal. He suggests me an edible and vape and we go to pay. He gives me the total and I pay. Once I get home, I look at the receipt and notice 30% discount was applied. I called to ask and turns out he sold me products not apart of the 30% discount
pretty annoying as I was very clear….like who doesn’t love a discount plus this place is CRAZY EXPENSIVE

Been coming here for a while, no problems and good deals. Wax pen didn’t work out of the package, brought back within a minute and had to wait to get back in. Someone else came in for the same problem while I was waiting and was let in first. Got in 5 minutes later and no one helped, manager Luke finally came and told me he was already helping someone and would be a few minutes. 15 minutes later he comes back to say the same thing, I told him it wasn’t fair that that the other person got in first, he explained her problem and I said, that’s exactly what I’m here for and he just said sorry about that and left again. Came back a minute later to finally ring me up, drops my ID when I hand it to him and ask me if there’s a problem, I tell him the service sucks and that I won’t come back because of the attitude when I had done nothing. 2 minutes later and I got my pen and left, thankfully it worked this time. I wish I could’ve taken my tip back. Luke is rude and does not do his job correctly. Never coming back to this dispensary

I found some good deals (small buds but superior flowers.) Very clean with the friendliest staff. Definitely enjoying my afternoon now. I recommend! They have specials like 'no tax Tuesdays! Also, through the end of this year, 20% off between 10 a.m and noon. Obviously, we go early on Tuesdays. Whatever you need .. they have. Enjoy!

What kind of business operates a dispensary with long lines but no restroom access for customers? It’s absurd that a place where people are expected to wait—sometimes for extended periods—doesn’t provide such a basic necessity. This is the second time I’ve had to leave without making a purchase because I needed to use the restroom.

It’s not just inconvenient; it’s a complete disregard for customer comfort and experience. The management team seriously needs to rethink this policy.

great selection friendly and knowledgeable staff I love going on Tuesdays when some of my favorite brands are 30% off!!! Im a big wax guy, the budtender named Luis educated me about the difference between the different types of extract methods in a simple and easy to understand manner I will definitely be sending my friends and family!!!!

Got there 5 minutes before closing, yes it was late but I had cash and knew exactly what I wanted and their business hours say 10 PM. I used to work at a dispensary, I know the rules. This is laziness and disrespect imo when there was 1 customer in the store walking out as the security was shutting the door in my face. I spend a decent amount here but will not be coming back except to clear out my store credit.

I live and work nearby, unfortunately I do get off really late and made it there last minute. I always see customers get in there until last 10 min. But I saw another customer in there, but they didn’t let me in. So don’t go there when they are about to close, you will be regretting like me.
