Had the worst customer service! I ordered a volcano and the lady who was there told me that the nacho cheese was going to take 5 minutes to be ready in which I was ok with. After 20 minutes I see the other girl giving nacho cheese on someone's order but I still hadn't gotten my volcano ( mind you I was the very first to order than anyone else) when I finally recieved my order I made another order of strawberries and cream. A little longer I leave with my order I paid $25 for a volcano and a small strawberries and cream. I get home and as I was taking the first bites out of the volcano I see there is NO nacho cheese. I called and it took me 5 tries if not more until someone answered the phone. I told them my situation and their reply was we can give you the nacho cheese if you come back. I was already home and 20 minutes away so I didn't want to return for nacho cheese that I waited more than 20 minutes! The lady told me the only other option was she'd give me a 15 percent discount on another item if I would to return and order another day but she couldnt give me a refund. The volcano itself is $15! So she told me if you come back I can make you a new one so I decided to go back. When I arrived and took them the volcano back they told me they didn't have no more corn that they would refund me the money! They made me drive 20 minutes for something they knew they were running out?! This was no more than half an hour apart so it's not like I took 5 hours to go. I ordered at 5:30 pm and left the place at 6 got home and went back a little before 7 it's ridiculous. The only thing the girl said was well I'm closest to the manager so that's all you get. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PLACE TO GO AND NOT CHEAP!

Great place to get yummy ice cream or other snacks! My kids loved their ice cream!!! And also super friendly staff, split the scooped in half with 2 flavors 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼😎😎😎

Got a chance to try mangoneada (made with ice cream but you can order to be made with rasoado instead. Chuncks of mango were decent 😁.
We also got a piña Loca, it was delicious.
My older son had a torta with pork meat, he ate it really quick... I didn't even got a chance to steal him a piece. Lol

Finally after living in Socal for over 17 years I had the Mangonada here and I am glad I did. Perfect ending to a great lunch- Cool , sweet, and refreshing.
Also tried their Ferrero Rocher icecream, pretty good too.

Today will be the last day my family and I attend here. My sister went looking forward for the fresas con crema and received rudeness and feeling like she was a bother. I called to speak with the manager and it was the actual manager (Tomacita) who displayed the rude customer service. Even while speaking to her she lacked professionalism, little to no communication skills. Her response to her actions where “I felt sorry that I didn’t have the fruit”. Seems like there is a pattern with this manager based off last few posts. Working at a place that services all populations from families to young children a kind personality is always needed. I really hope she does not treat anybody else the same way much less a child.
