Imma be honest yes there dresses are nice don’t get me wrong. I went there to get a dress I wanted a specific dress and a dress to not show any skin and payed for it . I went back it was not the dress I wanted it exposed so much of my skin and I told them I can’t show skin because I was going to prom and you can’t show skin . I was really upset and they literally told me that they are the best and they think that the dress they pick it’s better. And they wanted to charge me twice!!! And I told them that I paid why am I going to pay twice ! And they give you a ticket for them to know it’s you. I brought mine showed them my ticket I had to come back another day because they had to fix the dress that I didn’t want in the first place because it showed to much skin! And they had to fix that , I asked for the ticket they said that’s fine don’t worry about it we will remember you I asked are you sure? They said yes . I went back 2 days later and they said we need your ticket for the dress I told them you guys told me to leave without my ticket that you were going to remember me I had a hard time without the ticket and they finally said okay . I personally didn’t like the experience it was a hassle

Thanks to Karla here at Gina’s my daughter’s wedding was a success. She was able to have my daughter’s wedding dress ordered and altered within two weeks of the event. Unfortunately we had been scammed and lied to when we ordered a gown at a shop called Cinderella’s Closet in downtown LA. Karla was professional and knew exactly what she was capable of. She helped with recommendations as far as accessories and helped other people in the bridal party. There are many dresses to pick from in all sizes, which makes everyone feel included. Prices are reasonable too.

Worse place ever the lady that was there didn’t gave no customer service, it look like she didn’t care that we were there never ask me if I need help she was just hanging some dresses on the racks Not gonna lie they did have nice dresses, they need ladies with good customer services honestly

Uncomfortable experience with first employee and not great quality for their dresses. They are also disorganized. I recommend going to Impressions Formal Wear first in Coachella where the indoor swap meet is located.

I give this place a two stars because they do have some beautiful dresses.
Customer service isn't the best especially when they quote you on one price and then over charge you when it's time to pick up the order.
The owner was nice at the beginning and then she got snarky with us. If you do end up getting something there do not get the alterations with them.

Some dresses look nice from the look of the website buy after reading all the bad experiences and props getting treated bad at this place . I rather not even chance it I wonder if they have short term memory or how can they keep forgetting people orders to call them ahead if there a problem . Or can't find there orders Then charge them for their mistakes . Them u everyone for warning me saving me the t trouble amd sorry for all trouble you guys went thru this place need to get shut down

This is the worst place ever! Don’t come here, she’s a scammer! I had a horrible experience with these people, they waste your time! One day before the wedding, she changed our entire suits and wanted to charge us for it! It’s super expensive for low quality clothing. First she tries to treat you good but once you start to pay she will treat you horribly. She made a very bad impression on my family. Don’t come near this place!!!!!
