Racist company. Two elderly ladies who looked tired started following me around and accused me of stealing. I went in for ground turkey but a pound is almost ten dollars.

Both of the ladies who were following were Hispanic older ladies in their 60’s.
Just cuz I brought in my own bag they thought I was stealing when I was gonna pay for my items.
I’m sure if it was a white person they wouldn’t have cared if I put something in my bad. I asked the cashier why they were treating me like a criminal and he said i don’t know what you’re talking about.

Not the first time I’ve been accused of stealing there either. Went to buy condoms and this elder black lady was accusing me of stealing just cuz I had my grocery bag with me.

I called the two ladies following me that they were Cee U Next Tuesdays and were shocked as if they didn’t accuse me of stealing.

Called the store manager to let them know they accused me of stealing and also didn’t card me for buying alcohol. Called the cops because that’s California law.

I don’t believe they get paid enough to harass me. Because their eyes looked tired and need some eye crème.

Never going there again. The prices are ridiculous and the customer service is poor

Absolutely love this store. Always clean, great selection of items and great customer service. I especially love that the service at checkout is amazing! As a mom of two babies, checking out on its own is stressful since I already have my hands full. But the staff always bag my groceries and even help me load my groceries in my car while I load up my babies! I appreciate that SO MUCH!!!! It’s the only grocery store with this much help at checkout in Watsonville. It makes it a smooth transition and I will keep coming back for this. Also store hours are great. Thank you staff of Nob Hill, you are appreciated!

I go to this nob hill twice a week usually, sometimes more. They do a good job of keeping it clean and the customer service is good with the exception of like 2 employees who are kinda rude. Overall excellent place to shop.

Went to shop to this store and as soon as i walked in one of the workers kept looking at me the whole time we self checked out and as we walked away with reciepts in hand he stopped us trying say we had not payed

Ever since Nob-Hill got bought out, it hasn't been the same or nearly as good. It looks a little more like an independent mom and pop grocery store, but it's stocked and priced like a massive chain. It's far more pricey then it ecer was in the past 35 years that I've gone to it.

The deli selection has drastically changed as well, limiting the options while eliminating many of my favorite options and items entirely which is heartbreaking.

If you need to shop for groceries, there are other options, but I suppose you could do worse then here.

When I walked into the store, I asked a busy bagger where the garlic in tube was located. He wasn't sure, so I said thank you and proceeded to look for it myself . A few minutes later, the same guy found me in the store and handed me the product! Amazing customer service!!
