Went in for an equipment swap (business modem ethernet port failed), with an appointment scheduled by the authorized account user (not me). The lady at the counter made NO effort to try to understand the situation, problem solve, show any empathy AT ALL.

My issue is that this was just an absolutely atrocious customer service experience from this associate and they didn’t even meet the standard for basic human etiquette.

Edit: the other associates were more friendly and empathetic (especially Perla) - they tried to at least look into the situation, confirmed that a technician would have the equipment necessary to get our service back, and was helpful in adding my contact information to the business account (after authorization from the account holder of course). (Initial review was ONE STAR)

I lost my phone, bought a new one found the old one, my new phone was defective, etc. so basically I was a major pain in the ass. I like this office, it’s clean, good parking and sufficiently staffed. Sandra was the rep handling my case and Sandra did so professionally and with patience. I get the impression this a particularly well run location.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !! (At the new Spectrum store 3 weeks ago)

When shopping for a new iPhone the salesperson told me to go to Best Buy so I could hold the phone. Spectrum’s phones are completely locked down. So for a $1,000 phone I’m supposed to drive 15 miles each way in order to hold a phone. She then walked away. I was the only customer in the store at that time.
