I LOVE this brand! I’ve purchased several outfits over the years and every time I wear her clothes I get compliments! I love that she makes one of a kind pieces. And because she’s a small business owner and entrepreneur I personally understand that it may take time for my pieces to come. I also love the personable approach she takes with her customers. Allowing us to see some of the ins & outs of being a designer. It makes me appreciate her hard work and how she pushes through in spite of the highs and lows life can bring as a business owner. I’m personally not a mass-produced Shein/Temu type of girl but I know even when ordering from Temu the shipping takes forever. So I appreciate that this brand is black owned by a woman and especially created and made for curvaceous women…so it’s worth the wait! The quality is excellent, the fabrics are flattering and beautiful and holds up when dry cleaning or washing on delicate. Worth every dime!

I have ordered a few pieces from this site after my first 2 pieces took forever I decided if I order again I’m not going to be in a rush for my items. Well the last time it took almost 2 months and no one ever answer the emails and if you call it says mailbox is full or not set up. Also I know everyone goes through things.I have noticed through the years it’s always SOMETHING going on! When several people are complaining about not getting their items a email will pop up about something rain, sick , moving, electrical issues, staffing and the list goes on. When you are going through ALLL of that STOP taking people orders when you know you are not going to be able to fill them for weeks. Love your clothes but they are not cheap people need their money.

I LOVE the clothing, however, the customer service is AWFUL. You end up waiting upwards of a month to receive orders. You send them emails and DMs with no reply but yet they post on IG regularly. Hopefully I get my package eventually.

I placed an order for two items on the 2nd of August 2023. Today is 1 month and 1 day. I ordered these items to be shipped to the United Kingdom for my holiday in two weeks' time. I sent a couple of emails to the owner and still no update. When I look on the Route app it shows only 1 item instead of 2. If the owner is reading this if I dont get a response to my message I will be forced to get in touch with my bank and get them to recall the payment. Very disappointed.

I placed my order on July 18, 2023 and I didn’t receive it until August 5, 2023. The order I received definitely wasn't the description stated on your website that I should have received. ( The boxes contain our most sought after designs, OUR PHILTHY RAGZ MAXI SKIRTS, ONE MYSTERY PRINT AND ONE SOLID!!!. either way, you win!!). I have order from this company multiple times and this is one of the worst order and customer service I have ever received. I did not win with this order. The owner called me on August 8th stating she will send me the correct maxi skirts out on August 11th and I should receive it by Tuesday 15th or Wednesday 16th the following week before I go on vacation Monday August 21st. Obviously she doesn't keep her word. The owner states she pride herself on customer service and workmanship. That didn't happen with me. Gaynell asked me to mail back the skirts to her. I stated I will. Which I took to the post office on Thursday 10th. I wanted to rectify this by getting the correct skirts and move forward. But Since I haven't heard from Gaynell or received the correct merchandise since August 8th. I want to be refund!

Have ordered from them before and things went well. This time, I preordered an outfit that was supposed to be shipped May 28th. I've sent an email, no response. Called, no answer. Can't leave a voicemail because it's not set up.

I realize that this was over a holiday weekend, but the shipping date was listed on their website, so the date should have been honored.

If they couldn't honor the ship date, an update should have been sent. They have really cute items, but I'm a little nervous about shopping with them anymore. At least for items that I need by a specific time and they're running late with no updates.

I'm a very long time Philthy Ragz customer. Since Gaynelle opened back in 2005 I've patronized her Black owned business. Customers have to realize that we are human first and are entitled to make mistakes and aren't perfect. I too am a seller for 24 years as a side hustle on multiple platforms so I can sincerely relate to what a Black owned business owner goes thru. We just have to be patient and take under consideration that when your alone doing everything on certain occasions that makes it even harder to get all orders done in a timely manner. I just received 3 outfits today that i ordered a while back but it was well worth the wait. We as sellers do encounter oversights during production and are doing the best we can so please take this under consideration before placing any orders in the future. My loyalty will always lie with Philthy Ragz and I will continue to keep it classy yet "PHILTHY"

I purchased the Faith set in light blue and when I received it, it arrived damaged. The zipper in the pants was broken. One would ask who would put a zipper in fleece jogging pants. I tried contacting the business on multiple occasions and received no feedback as what should I do. I finally received an email saying that I would receive a return label so that I could send the item back, that was in March it is now May. I contemplated for some time as if I wanted to write a bad review for a Black Business then I thought I paid this business my hard earned money and the price wasn’t cheap and not to be satisfied then something must be wrong with me. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with Philthyragz. What a shame to treat someone who tried to patronize and support your business from afar. I have to give one star to leave my review when in actuality I would like to give it no stars
