My visit was actually last weekend, I've just been busy. Well the first thing I noticed was the trash can right in front of yogurt land was almost the same height as me. But aside from the disgusting trash when I entered it was a bit cleaner then outside so I welcomed myself to some sample cups at the front and I started to taste, the flavors are so delicious its crazy. I enjoy the variety , I picked my many options of toppings at the point I kinda just dabbed a little of each. Very delicious I was satisfied. Customer service was super average. Don't even remember if she even asked how I was doing. But whatever I was still happy with my fro-yo . I enjoy that they offer complimentary fruit water inside as well. Very refreshing afterwards

Machines are constantly down at this location, not many new flavors. It's a good sweet treat though. Very family friendly. Oftentimes I've seen police officers eating there so I feel pretty safe there.

I went today 3/23/23 to this location around 8:30 pm and most of the flavors were all out. A lot of customers were coming in and realizing that there were not many good flavors left and were leaving. The 2 employees there were talking a little loud amongst themselves and weren't really acknowledge the customers. Thankfully the flavor I wanted had a little left. Unfortunately a bunch of the toppings were running low.I know they closed at 10pm but the employees could've done a better job at restoring toppings and flavors.

"This Yogurtland is situated in a plaza, although it's unfortunately located in a somewhat neglected corner that tends to be dirty. While the interior is decent, it could benefit from a bit more attention to cleanliness. However, my kids absolutely adore it, and its proximity to our home is a big plus.

The customer service here is excellent. I would highly recommend that the management consider sprucing up the place, especially the exterior, which appears quite dirty. Perhaps they could collaborate with the plaza management to address the cleanliness issue. Parking can be a challenge in the front due to the nearby gym, where many patrons park and walk over to the gym. Despite these minor issues, my kids have a great time here."

I usually love Yogurtland and have come here for many years but recently they have changed the cheesecake bites and gummy bears. It feels like they are using cheaper ingredients and it doesn’t taste the same anymore . I guess I will have to go else where.

Got to the counter to ask for a sample cup, and I was waiting there for quite a while. There was not a single employee in the front, but I could hear them laughing in the back.

While I was waiting, there were some kids sticking their fingers in the holes where the yogurt comes out of and licking them. Which was disgusting. If there was an employee there, they could've caught that and said something.

Eventually, 3 employees came up to the front all at once. Once the line had piled up. 😐

The staff is nice. The toppings are always kept clean and full. One thing I would recommend is more flavors, but other than that it's my favorite spot to go for a snack. I like to get pistachio yogurt with amaretto cherries , dark chocolate chips, and chopped almonds and walnuts. 😋

It was what's to be expected. Busy. The employees are nice and efficient. I do recommend an extra person to help because only one cashier was open. Some customers are messy so they drop the toppings or the Frozen yogurt on the floor and the employees don't have enough help to cover the cleaning and check out. Other than that. The cashier was very nice and efficient
