I didn't like the service I received I didn't like the fact that he had very bad customer service lacking in social skills and lack of communication. Not to mention it feels more like a ripoff than a place of business for those who are in need of a little extra money. Now don't get it twisted!!! I know that it's a business that has to make money in order to be able to make loans I know but when you're a company that is in the position to help your customer it shouldn't feel like you're being taken advantage of. See the way I see it if you run your business with compassion and understanding! Communication and a smile is all it takes to make someone's day. See with unhappy customers brings bad publicity then sales starts decreasing because without the customer the company has no money and the business goes under simple solution if the customer is happy and or satisfied then you have free advertising because they will tell several people who will tell more people more people more customers and I place that can STAND on providing the best service you can!! Care about your customers and in return they will care about you.
