Amazing florist all around!

Called earlier today to get an order in for same-day delivery. The employee on the phone was really patient in explaining their pricing, options, etc. I ended up ordering the deluxe version of one of their bouquets (forgot the name) but the recipient absolutely loved them. Arrangement was very nice and had a good variety of colors. Definitely recommend going with these guys if you're looking for flowers in the area.

Placed an order with this florist 3 days before a funeral service at the adjacent mortuary. Visitation started at 11am and at 11:30, my flowers still had not been delivered. Florist was very shady and tried to tell me that the visitation time had changed but my husband was there in person and the visitation was going on. I honestly think that they saw this was an out of state order and that they NEVER even intended to make it or deliver my $300 order because they thought we wouldn't know any better. I demanded to speak with an owner or manager and neither could be bothered to come to the phone. The clerk I spoke to never even apologized and just kept telling me that they would make it and get it there as soon as they could. Since visitation is over in an hour, I doubt it gets there and I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER from this shady operation. I am so embarrassed that my family will not have any flowers at my cousins funeral all because of this florist. I send flowers 20-25 times a year and I have never had an experience like this. I cannot believe this florist can even stay in business considering the way my order was treated with such disregard.

The service and quality at the Inglewood Park Flower Shop is five plus stars. They were helpful, patient and professional. I am so grateful for their help with a last minute order, and they were able to deliver the all white sympathy arrangement on time. The recipient reached out to tell me much she enjoyed the beautiful arrangement. THANK YOU so much!

My friend had a death in the family. I wanted to send flowers to the service, on behalf of all of our friends. This flower shop was recommended by the funeral home. I call in asking to place an order to be delivered to the service. The woman I spoke with, directed me to their website, saying it would be easier. I placed my order online and received a confirmation email. On the day of the funeral, I received no delivery confirmation, didn't hear any feedback from my friend, and the money was still in my account. I called in the next day and asked if my order had been delivered. After providing my information several times, along with the confirmation, I was told that the shop had no record of my order and woman I spoke with "had no control over the internet". Perhaps, they should have taken my order over the phone when I called the first time. There is no making up for the fact that my friend's mother's funeral occurred, and my group of friends did nothing to offer comfort. You can't get that back.

We call this florist at the very last moment when we realize we would be unable to attend the funeral of my uncle. They created the most beautiful arrangement that far exceeded anything in the photo. Not only was the arrangement beautiful but they made sure they delivered it the very next morning for the family viewing. My experience with this florist was outstanding. It is not often services exceed expectations, so I am grateful for their assistance during a very difficult time.

Today was my first time in this flower shop and Al took care of me immediately. I got some good recommendations, some good information about the flower shop and a beautiful bouquet made in less than 20 minutes. I was delighted and happy and i will be returning. The entrance is on Manchester, is very easy to miss because you can't see the flower shop when your driving down manchester. As long as you use your navigation system you should be okay. They have lots of parking too.

I ordered flowers for my granddaughter's birthday, in the morning and they were delivered by 2:00pm. And the arrangement was beautiful. Exactly what I ordered. I live out of state, and I relied on their ratings. Needless to say, I was not disappointed. Both my daughter and granddaughter loved them. I will certainly use them in the future. Thank you!!!!
