Shibuyala is a specialized store that carries a wide range of Japanese and Asian beauty and personal care products. Notably, it’s where you can find our favorite foaming hand soap, which dispenses foam in the shape of a paw print.

Here’s what else you can expect to find:

1. Personal Hygiene Products: The store stocks a variety of women’s hygiene items, including sanitary pads and other essentials.

2. Hair Care: There’s a broad selection of hair dyes and treatments, catering to different hair types and needs.

3. Fragrances: It offers a collection of perfumes, including both popular and niche Japanese scents.

4. Aroma Sets: You can find aromatic products like incense sticks and aroma kits, perfect for creating a relaxing atmosphere at home.

5. Shaving Essentials: The store has a variety of razors and shaving products for personal grooming.

6. Oral Care: A good range of toothbrushes and other dental care items are available.

7. Bath and Body: The store features an extensive selection of soaps, shampoos, and other bath products to keep you feeling fresh and clean.

8. Cosmetics: It excels in its cosmetics section, offering a wide array of makeup products such as lip gloss, lipsticks, mascaras, blushes, and more.

Each section is well-organized, making it easy to find exactly what you need. This place is definitely worth a visit!

This store had so many different Asian skin care and cosmetic brands that I could hardly keep up with. It could sometimes feel overwhelming with the small space and many aisles, but I'm pretty sure if you were an Asian beauty influencer or enthusiasts of skin care, you'll probably be super excited. It's like the beauty section of a Tokyo Central or Mitsuwa exploded into a tiny store! I'm sure there are things that this place doesn't have, but if you took the time to go through each of the brands you'll probably always find something that you can try. It looks like a bunch of the different brands and items very in price point and there's not that much descriptions other than some small translations done in english. You probably should do your research ahead of time online or maybe come to the store ahead and look up while you're there. They also have International sunscreen Brands and products that you can't find in Normal stores. They're the type of sun filters that are not available for the US consumer so it's kind of cool that you can try these filters. You know they're safe because every other European country and Korea and Japan do have these UVA and UVB New Generation filters that do not feel heavy and sting your eyes. This store does not also seem like a Aritaum/Amore Pacific, Skinfood, or other brand specific cosmetic store that only offers their own products. It offers a bunch of different brands kind of like a Sephora but not really. If you are looking to try new Asian products or just trying to find a gift for a friend, do check this place out! From what the purpose I was there, which was finding a gift for a friend, I was unsuccessful since most of the items were individually packaged and there weren't any gift sets like how you can find at department stores or Sephora or ulta. So if you have a friend that knows exactly what they want on a secret santa list or your not restricted by budget you can check this place.

The store has a decent collection despite its small size. There's a neat doorbell that rings when you enter, and the staff kindly welcomes you. I bought a couple of items today and received a cute carry-on bag. The items are good with those plastic/aluminum covers upon opening.

I finally found this place after looking everywhere like Mitsuwa, Tokyo central, Hmart and AR but couldn't find Japanese sunscreen. This place is awesome and has so many beauty products from Japan. I could order online from Amazon but I don't want to take a risk. Love this place and the girl was very nice helping me to find products😊 5 stars for her amd the shop.

I am just now discovering Shibuyala and I am IN AWE. I'm so so so happy I discovered this place bc everything is reasonably priced compared to other places. Their selection is great as well. Before the pandemic I used to go to Japan myself and bought things back, but since I can't do that anymore I was running out of the usual things I used. Not anymore. Again, Shibuyala's selection is AMAZING and whomever is doing the stocking is doing a very great job choosing products. I highly recommend going to Shibuyala if you're looking for reasonably priced and authentic Japanese everyday items.

Love this place! The best Japanese and Korean skin products, for cheaper than you can buy from import websites or Amazon, and much cheaper than Sephora. And they frequently have great discounts. Favourite beauty place around

I’ve come to this place so many times and I love it. The interior of the shop is bright and well lit and it smells nice. The shelves are stocked with so many different products from makeup to bathing soap and it genuinely looks like the inside of a beauty shop in Japan. All the products at imported from Japan and are at very reasonable prices. The salespeople are also friendly and incredibly helpful. Maybe a bit too helpful, because sometimes I feel like they’re a bit pushy in trying to help as they follow you around and try give information about everything you look at. But it only goes to show how much they care about their customers having a good experience. In all of the times that I’ve gone there, I’ve had very good experiences. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is interest in Japan and its cosmetics.

I contemplated leaving a review as my experience was not very pleasant. As one walks into the store a ringer continues to play by the door. A couple of ladies walked in before me and we were greeted by Hanna, though when I walked in I was not greeted. The store clerks seem to be very pleasant to everyone who was of different ethnicity other then my own. As I asked questions, they snubbed me and made comments under their breath and did not help. As asked for help again then one of the clerks finally helped me. Though the information she gave me was very basic. As I heard the other clerks be very helpful with specifics to the others customers than myself. I was followed around the store and got stared at, but not to help me. But to make me feel unwelcomed. I felt profiled, keep in mind I was dressed very professionally and polished. It is very unfortunate for the company, owner, manager, and clerks for their prejudiced conduct. Shame on you Shibuyala.
