Was very impressed with the helpfulness of the staff here. WARNING: At the beginning of semesters they are EXTREMELY busy and often times don’t have enough staff working, causing the lines to be extremely long.

To be frank, I, like most students treat my supplies with care. I don't even mark up or highlight my books. I keep my books at home in my shelf for safe keeping. But for those of you renting books from this store. Please! Please! Please! Check the condition of your book when you rent one from here before you leave! Rented an old textbook and I noticed as I left that the glue holding the book together was falling apart a bit. Pages were frayed and barely holding on. I didn't think much of it at the time because I figured I wouldn't even use the book much to begin with. And plus, if this condition was good enough to rent to me, it was good enough to return. I had waited in line for so long I just thought "forget it" and went home. Well, I was so wrong to leave. In the end, when I went to return it, they wouldn't accept it and accused me of lying. Stating "We would never rent out books in this condition." I tried to put up a fight. But at this point, I recognized that everything I could have said to them about this would be here-say... There's no way I can expect people to just take my word. So I caved. I had to shell out $70 and be stuck with this trash book... I was furious at being humiliated by the staff and frustrated with myself for naively trusting the process. When I got home I burned the textbook in a garbage can. And I buried the ashes outside my house where it remains today. Yes, this was dramatic, but I needed to let go of some steam or risk developing high blood pressure. And God it felt good. Though this probably happens to a small percentage of people: PLEASE double check the rented supplies they give you AT THE COUNTER BEFORE YOU LEAVE. They cannot be trusted to scrutinize their products enough.

Stay as far away as you can from this bookstore. Prices are obnoxiously marked up and the store never responds to phone calls/emails. Because all my classes were online I thought it'd be a good idea to rent my books and have them shipped over - I was dead wrong. Anything you can get here you can get on Amazon for half the price.

It was okay, it had non essential items that were not books such as chips and snacks that served as ads. But it delivers the correct service.
