One of the few locations with an official Sanrio store. I grew up with Sanrio in the 90s and glad to see that the trend is back better than ever and I’m able to share it with my niece. She was super excited!

Let me tell you, it is expensive! They don’t have much more items than other third party retailers but they have options and more characters. Not so much for the unpopular characters. At least it’s authentic. I wanted a guarantee that I’m getting what I needed which I did.

Majority of the items were bags, totes, and plushies. Cheaper items still pricey were stationary or bag charms. I miss the items from the 90s.

We got a bag charm and a pin for purchasing over a certain amount. All sales are final.

The store is fairly small but packed. There was a waiting period to get inside the store. There are no return for items. Expect to spend at least 20$ for smaller items such as kitchen gadgets and like 22+ for smaller plushies.

Everyone was really friendly and helpful. They limited the store to 10 customers at a time which was a small wait but also made it a lot easier to browse. Prices are about expected for a store selling Japanese products - a bit of markup but makes it easy to find limited items in one place. Great place to shop if you love sanrio!

Very cute store, they have a lot of good stock. Prices are better than online for some items.

Great shop. Bought 4 Kuromi plushies for the Black Friday sale. The selection for some of the characters left much to be desired though (Badtz Maru and Pochaco being two examples). Also, staff were nice but they need to tone down on asking me if I found everything okay. They asked me about 4-5 times during the half an hour I was in there and it started to make me feel uncomfortable and rushed. I'll probably shop here again in the future but just some honest criticisms.

Expensive but to be expected for official Sanrio brand merchandise. Very cute on the inside and definitely worth a quick visit. The workers were all very pleasant and helpful.

Where do I start with how horrible this place is. I have never experienced customer service as poor as this. We tried to go in only to be told they were "at capacity" and we could not be let into the store even though it was not crowded at all and we are way past COVID. When we finally came in after waiting, I found nothing but overpriced junky merchandise. My daughter had received a gift of a sanrio character plush pencil case that she wanted to exchange for another character. The merchandise was in brand new mint condition with attached tags and was even in stock at this store. We were trying to do a simple exchange and they would not allow it. They said all sales are final, including basic exchanges. We were not looking to get a refund or even store credit. I was shocked beyond belief that a big company like this can deny you even a simple exchange when the item you purchased is in stock and still selling at the store. I would never come back here again or allow my kids to shop at a store that shows zero value to their customers.

It was okay , my daughter and nieces loved it, but as a parent in my opinion is ridiculously over priced. 🙃 just go a few stores down to Mini sou they have alot of Sanrio things for literally a fraction of the price. Plus if you sign up for rewards you get free gifts!! 😉
