I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding a recent purchase. On December 3rd I purchased a mirrored vanity desk for $1,800. Upon receiving the desk, I was extremely dissatisfied to find it in unacceptable condition. The glass was cracked, Several pieces of the desk were chipped and cracked.

Despite repeated attempts to contact your support team, I have yet to receive a response or resolution. I have emailed, called and sent messages through instagram, my messages have not been opened and your company is still posting stories. This lack of communication is deeply concerning and has significantly impacted my experience with your company.

I request that you urgently investigate this matter and propose a solution to rectify the situation. I would appreciate a prompt response outlining the steps you will take to address the damage and ensure I receive the product I paid for. I look forward to your immediate attention to this issue.

It’s been exactly a month since I received this vanity and some part was damaged by assembly guy. I emailed ask for parts. Email them call them and nothing. I have been emailing this girl name Divani she takes a weeks to respond to my messages. I know exactly what parts I need. write down what parts I need still nothing and I’m willing to pay for it even though I bought a warranty for it. on top of that they sent me a wrong mirror. It’s so ugly. It does not go with this vanity at all. It’s from different style. Please somebody get in touch with me. I had no choice but writing a review to get someone’s attention to help me.

I was skeptical when my tracking information didn’t work, but I contacted their customer service. I was answered quickly by a rep named Jessica M., who gave me updated tracking information and was easy to work with. My package was delivered just a few days later. I’m impressed with the quality of the stand-up vanity Minnie mirror and the Minnie compact. They’re gorgeous for my daughter’s vanity, and the lighting is perfect! I am so pleased with Impressions Vanity Co. and will buy more products as needed.

I ordered 5 of the wrong light bulbs. I sent the pics like asked and they sent the right bulbs out. They responded so fast to my emails! Great customer service! Jessica was my rep and was amazing! Give that girl a raise !

The vanity mirror we purchased has a nice appearance. We had a small defect, but the customer service team was great and handled the situation above and beyond what was expected!

I ordered a vanity on 12/12/24. I have not received it nor have I received any updates about when I may possibly receive it. I've sent emails, tried calling. I just want to at least know the status of my order. I live really close to where it ships from. Like an hour. I'm at a complete loss as to why there is zero communication about my order. Now I have no choice but to cancel it but I can't even do that because no one will respond to my emails!!! Would be happy to remove the one star review if someone could please just tell me where my order is, or if I'm even going to receive it!

I love their Hello Kitty selection! They have a beautiful showroom in Irvine, and I had to hold myself back from buying everything in the room! Staff are kind and welcoming. I can't wait to go back for more goods!

This company has the absolute worst customer service I have EVER experienced! I ordered 9 items, many of which are Christmas gifts, on 11/28 and saw that the date of delivery was promised to be between 7-10 business days which was fine with me because that would arrive in plenty of time before Christmas, or so I thought! The window of 10 business days had long passed without even a notification of my order being shipped. I tried contacting the company via email and phone several times with no response! The phone number doesn’t even have any type of voicemail message or anything by the way, what kind of company is this Super unprofessional! One day I was finally able to reach someone on the phone and they promised that my order would be expedited since it was well past the 7-10 business days. I had to follow up 2 more times after that before I finally got a notification that my order was shipped. I finally receive my order on 12/27 (AFTER Christmas!) and come to find that although the email said all 9 of my items were delivered, I had only received 1/9 of my items! I contact someone on the phone again and they confirm that the warehouse only scanned the one item that was delivered and again they would “expedite” the process to get the rest of my 8 items delivered. It is now another week later 01/03 and I have still yet to receive any confirmation that the rest of my 8 items have shipped and I also cannot reach anyone on the phone. The whole time I was fighting this battle by the way, I kept receiving marketing emails from the company stating that “West Coast order by 12/19 to receive your order by Christmas!” Yeah right! Don’t order from this company unless you have the time and energy to go back and fourth with customer service for weeks and also if you don’t want to actually receive the expensive items you ordered!
