I had the most wonderful service from Shar and Morgan! Shar helped fix a bracelet that came undone and they both helped me design an adorable custom charm necklace! I had a great time in the store snd they provided excellent customer care and service! I love my purchase and will definitely be back!!! Soooo happy! ☺️💗

the two girls who was working (one had dark hair and the other seemed a bit newer) were very helpful, especially the girl with the dark hair. i wish i would have gotten their names! it was my first time in and i got so much stuff! i even ordered 38 more items online later. pura vida is now my favorite jewelry brand for everyday wear. the girl i mainly spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and her suggestions were spot on. im from seattle, and will definitely come back once im in irvine again! 🙂 they deserve tacos 🙂

I purchased a charm bracelet and charms less than a month ago, have not worn the bracelet while swimming or while sweating/exercising, and both the gold bracelet and the gold charms are tarnishing and turning silver. Very low quality and disappointing! Unfortunately I was there on vacation when I made the purchase, so I can't just pop back into the store to get them replaced, and online support from their website was unable to help because it was an in-store purchase. I would never buy this brand again after seeing the low quality. I could buy something on Temu with better quality than this.

This afternoon my family and I came into the store and had a great experience with Lauren. She went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service! She is the only reason I returned to purchase another bracelet for my daughters and the reason I’m rating the 5 stars. To the supervisor that was there at this time (7.22.23 at about 2:30pm) a 0 star. Your staff was providing great service and the way you spoke to her in front of us and other customers was uncalled for. Great job Lauren! You are a great representation of what Pura Vida is.

I shopped yesterday morning and Kailey, I hope im spelling her name right, helped me pick out a present for my little sister. They can eve gift box it for you! The manager on duty Samantha helped me out with a pricing issue and made my experience as smooth as possible.

Love pura vida, have bought multiple things in store and online. I would give a five but the only reason I don’t like is because I bought a charm from the Harper charm bar and the charms kept falling off of the bracelet.
