Be careful with your payment amount! Make sure they charge you correctly.
Black Friday this store offers a 50% discount on label Tees. a $29.99 T should be $14.99 plus tax. but the cashier charged me $18.49 plus tax. When I noticed the wrong payment amount, I went back. The cashier asked me if I confirm the discount? I insisted it’s a 50%-off item, she reluctantly checked with a sales guy, and refunded me the difference. During the entire transaction, I remained polite all the time, I thought it’s just a small mistake. But after refunded, she showed me an attitude face even though I said thank you. This attitude made me feel uncomfortable. It was clearly her mistake, why she seems unhappy? instead of me?
And one more thing, the $29.99 item with 50% off, they charged $18.49+tax, which equals a 38.35% off. So I wonder why they could charge customer such a randomly amount? May I say they are stealing money from customers? instead of a just mistake?

Average quality, higher price for discounts.
This store is conveniently located inside of the West Covina Plaza. It is not spacious inside, with a lot of items hanging or lay on some small tables. However, I realized that even after the 40 % sale, the price is still very high comparing to other better quality stores.
For example, I noticed that for a simple gym hoody with common style, it was 52 dollars before discount. The material was all synthetic and the style was very ordinary. The whole quality is very average. I would rather to go to Express or Macy's to buy some brand name gym set, and they would give me a realistic price to start, then cheaper price after discount. Plus, the brand name clothes do have higher quality than this place.
I believe that G by Guess, has lower quality than Guess itself, but the price and discount are much worse than Guess.
If you are looking for something quality and classy, then you may find a few items here, but certainly not the majority of them.
Plus, except for very rare sell events, this store has pretty high price tags for most ordinary items.

I dont know who they are marketing too with design of clothing, for the men at least. Everything is too small and too shiny. I feel like the style is marketing for one day out of year "New Years". Clothes used to be subtle and for daily wear not clubbing only

Love this brand. Went in to by small back pack for my daughter there was 2 workers talking to each other instead of trying to help the customer daughter loved the bag but didn't get any help with options of colors so she didn't end up getting it..

I was looking for a present in this store and ended up buying a lot of clothes...fall in love with the whole brand they have everything from t-shirts to shoes handbags and accessories and the watches are beautiful I get one of each color best of all the staff was really friendly and helpful 👍👍

Always been helped in picking out an outfit for the occasion. Price is literally same as fashion q or unbranded stores. They always have new items and some there on sale.
