Benlo saved the day! Drove home from June Lake only for the trailer lift jack to fail me after a 300 mile drive. After searching everywhere high and low Benlo was recommended to me. I was greeted when I walked in and made me feel comfortable enough to ask for help. I was pointed directly where to go and after selecting a jack I was asked questions about my trailer to ensure this hitch would be the one. I grabbed a hitch that would have fit but would have required me to take off the propane tanks. I am beyond grateful that this friendly staff took the time to make sure I wouldn't need to come back which I appreciated since I live almost 40 miles away. I will recommend everyone to Benlo!

Benlo RV is a wonderful find, and a huge blessing. 30 years ago I had a Ford 250 4x4 raised with a huge cab over. That was great all over Baja, and the western US with my kids. Those kids are now in their 40s with grandkids. 2 yrs ago, got a 29' used Thor
RV, can sleep up to 8. Usually 4 adults and two grandkids. Have done Grand Canyon, Yosemite, beaches and more. Such happiness and joy. The folk at Benlo have made it possible. With a used rig, a lot to work through. Now able to boondock with everything shipshape.

They are absolutely the best people, honest, straight, problem solving, with fair pricing. And patient with a green rv'er. Stories to tell. The folk there including Janet, Tom, Jose, Dedrick, Navid are the best you come across. They've saved my hide more than once. I pray they will be around as long as I am. Simply the flat out best. Can I say it more strongly?

Went to have propane tanks service because of valve leaks from hose. I was told by an unfriendly stand-off benlo employee that I have to have appointment before he replace those valve hoses. I wanted to buy them and have them installed later. He refused to. The lady at benlos I had spoken with on the phone before coming didn't tell me I needed a

I can't recommend BENLO enough. They have worked on my trailer for years now. They stand by their work and make sure that everything is working great again. I won't let anyone else do any repairs on my trailer. They also do regular maintenance as well such as AC cleaning, and generator maintenace.

Always Great service. Like dealing with a non corporation! You get personal service. No pressure selling. Prices are very reasonable. Just remember all work is done by pre-scheduled appointment. They also fill propane tanks. Have been coming here since 2007. Had my trailer serviced and was done when promised.

Went into Benlo this morning at 830 to buy a couple parts we needed for the RV. I found the siphon vents after wandering around for 5 minutes. As we walked in 3 or 4 employees looked up but didn't say a word to me nor did anyone ask if they could help us find anything in their dusty mess of a shop. I looked up the part on Amazon which was 19.95 and free next day shipping. Benlo wanted 29.95. We asked the lady if she would match prices and she decided to say no , because Amazon is going to run her out of business. Not much negotiating savvy here for Benlo when she could have at least gave us a little discount. We were still going to buy until she kept complaining about Amazon and made me ask why her markup was so high.
She stopped and handed our money back and put the products back on the shelf. She said I will not be disrespected by anyone and told us to leave. Not sure if Amazon is going to put her out of business or just her horrible attitude and horrible negotiating skills. I really don't want businesses like this around when they want to make an absurd amount of money on markups for products that are old and can be found anywhere else for a decent price.

I drove my Motorhome to Benlo RV this morning to fix a propane leak. As soon as I arrived, three service techs immediately started working on my rig! They replaced the propane regulator and did a full pressure/leak test all within 1.5 hours. Every one of the techs was very friendly and knowledgeable.
In particular, Navid was especially helpful and answered all of my questions about the repair. Navid was very courteous and treated the job as if it was his own rig. When I checked out, Tom and Janet also gave me first class treatment.
These days it is very difficult to find any repair shop of this caliber.
I highly recommend Benlo RV and it will be my go-to RV repair shop from this point forward.
