I would absolutely NOT recommend this company. They will not refund you for damaged goods. I ordered ink cartridges here for the first time and paid for expedited shipping because I needed them right away to complete an order. When they arrived, 2 cartridges were damaged. I then ordered from the company I usually order ink from - Icinginks to complete the order. And lastly had to drive up to LA from SD to deliver the order because I missed the shipping window. It is now 3 weeks, 9 emails and 2 support tickets later and still no refund. Thank you Patrick for wasting my time and money.

Beautiful work for cookie toppers! I have tried other companies before and have been displeased with difficulty in cracking/breaking, but not inkedibles! I recently submitted a second order and they shipped SAME DAY. I recommend fully!!

I ordered 2 sheets of 35 1.25" Custom Edible Graphics. I contacted them through email to make sure they understood I wanted a sheet of each graphic. They sent me one full sheet 1 image, and on the 2nd sheet half one image and half the same image they had already sent me.
When I contacted them to explain what happened, they tried to say it was my fault, even though I had screenshot images that proved my order.
I will not recommend nor ever order from this company again! Be warned!!!
UPDATE: Gina called and explained how the mixup happened kindly. They offered store credit. Even though I didn't get exactly what I needed, Gina repaired the damage. Thanks to her, I will try again in the future.

My husband bought me the Quatro for Christmas and we have had some issue with it. We had issues with the ink cartridge that came in with the printer. He bought extra ink cartridges and we had issue with them as well. After finally getting to Chris a Supervisor, who was very helpful, he explained how to prime the ink cartridges and they finally work. Perhaps this information should be in the manual. My husband paid for the printer when he ordered it and then when they were ready to ship it they wanted him to provide his credit card number again. He went around with them for about a week before they agreed to ship it without him providing that info again. It didnt comes with the install cd/flashdrive and they want you to set up an on boarding call before using it. Which can only be scheduled during weekdays and normal business hours. After scheduling this with Robert, he wanted full access to my computer, when we refused he disconnected the call. Again Chris was able to help with the onboarding but i dont feel we should have had this many issues with something this expensive. I hope that now that I can use it I will be happier with it. The process however is difficult and the onboarding customer service is lacking. Thanks Chris for your help.

I purchased almost $600 worth of goods from Inkedibles, including printer, edibles cartridges, spare cartridges, ink refills and edible paper. Unfortunately the package arrived very damaged, with faded /illegible labels, ripped packaging on one of the packs of paper, and missing cartridges. The missing cartridges meant that the printer did not work at all. As my order arrived damaged and incomplete could not use the printer for the occasion which it was purchased for. This was disappointing and I contacted Inkedibles with photos of the damage, and asking them to look into this. To date I have not heard anything from them, and now feel worried that I have wasted a lot of money with this order.

I would like to add that Inkedibles did eventually replace the damaged and missing items, after I'd contacted them a few times. They sent them without charging for postage. However, after a few of years usage the printer became difficult to use, because it was essentially a poor design. We were able to use it for 4 years.

Custom ordered some frosting sheet printed logos and the service was amazing. I received them the next day(I am local ) . Great and easy product to work with. Great taste and very clear image. When I first purchased this Ink Edible machine I was so frustrated. The colors not coming out like they should, trying to understand the error messages, etc. I had multiple issues along the way but I have to say I have had the best service with Robert Williams. He has put up with me through all the issues and complaints I have made. He has truly helped me through every error and guiding me in getting my issues resolved every time. He has sent me numerous links to help me better understand the machine and what I have to do to get it done right. He has helped me order items that I need and they were delivered promptly. I have always had him from day one as my go to guy and am so appreciative that I have Robert as my main point of contact. If he can help me, he can help anyone! Thanks Robert
