I wish I would have read more of the reviews here so I'd avoid the situation I'm in now. I ordered a seat from a distributor because they don't sell directly (I can see why now). The quality of the cuts in the back around the seat belt holes are just abysmal and the rubber covers don't fit well at all. Overall, really poor quality control. So I'm not happy and try to rectify the situation and it is one wall after another and terrible response time. Now I'm stuck working with a distributor who is trying to fix the situation but obviously has their hands tied. Poor work by NRG leaves both of us dealing with the problem it appears. I had several friends upgrading their sim rigs waiting to see what I thought of the seat because they have some cool designs but luckily I can steer them clear.

I love their products but I am disappointed with their customer service. Last time I call when the phone was answered i listened to the employee wrap up a conversation while laughing before I was greeted and then I was asked "what do you want?". I asked my question and was interrupted before I could finished (I'll admit he did answer my question though) and then asked "Is that all you need dude?" I understand that some work atmospheres are looser than others but is it too much to ask for a little professionalism?

Terrible. Bought a 99-04 body kit for almost 500 dollars. Took a month to get it. Opened it. And it was in terrible condition. Took it to a shop to get it looked at and they said it needed hours amd hours of work done to it because of the condition it was in. Called. Got a partial refund of 150$ back. Turns out. 150$ wont even cover what i need to get it ready for paint. I needed many bottles of fiberglass filler, and resin, ect. Called once more. Told employee my problem. Said they would have the manager call me back in about an hour cause he was on lunch break. 7 hours later. I call back and ask for him and hes still on lunch break. Ended up waiting days to get a call back. Do not recommend this company at all. If thwre was a -10 star. Id rate them with that. Im a very unsatisfied customer👿

Ordered online from DriveNRG, they could not provide the product so I asked for a refund for lug nuts. Out of the $165.00 they only refunded $45.00. They stop responding to my email about refunds. Reported to the BBB. If I could I would give them 0 stars. I would recommend RallySportDirect, excellent customer service they care about your business.

Buyer BEWARE they will NOT accept any returns ! I purchased a steering wheel and mounting hardware I slid the wheel on my column and decided i didn't like it went to send it back only to be told NOPE you bought it it's yours. Because I slid it on the column it's installed , the FACT that it's still in NEW condition with no marks on it makes no difference . They refused to help in ANY way ! If you can afford to GAMBLE , this is your company ! But if you're not sure , STAY AWAY !

I have alot to say about nrg first of all you better really like what they are selling (i did not ) becuase there is no return policy the steering wheel short hub and quuck realise i bought where ok at first but the steering wheel's leather is falling apart the short hub even though says it works just means it fits the spline for the steering column and the quick releases safety lock gets stuck ALL THE TIME in conclusion go with a dnd creations or momo plane and simple
