Had multiple bad experiences this last week. My bathroom door came back inches wider than the door I gave them had to bring it back and get a new door(they didn't measured the door i gave them). My laundry room door had two large gashes in it that they attempted to cover up and pass off. My bedroom door was supposed to be shaved down to keep from rubbing and ended up being wider than the door I gave them, and didn't have the striker plate routed out and was supposed to be 1/2" longer on the bottom but was only 1/4" longer. There were issues with the Hinge cutouts being different and I solved that by changing the hinges. The Real issue in the end was that I brought back the bedroom door to be fixed and they wanted to argue about it instead of just fixing. They acted like I brought them a different door or it was cut. I assure you that is not the case I don't have the time to play games I just wanted my doors replaced and fixed. The dishonesty trying to pass off the damaged door was bad enough, but attempting to act like I had something to do with their mistake was the final straw. I asked for a refund and brought home my old doors. I would not recommend coming here to get your doors it was just a big headache for me and in the end instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes they felt it appropriate to instead argue and try to place the blame on me.
