One of the best souvenir shops we found. Lots of great souvenirs! Everything from fridge magnets, key chains, t-shirts and much more. The staff are very friendly.

Just a T-shirt dominated souvenir shop. Yes I got myself a good looking intentionally rather drab Palm Springs T-shirt. The staff was calm to my liking. Just somehow the in-store experience was just too fulfilling of “what if Target was a souvenir shop” despite the towny location etc.

This is a store of souvenir shirts and hats and things for tourists. Which I was, so I liked it. They have a big selection and reasonable prices. I got a hat and t-shirt for $22. In 2024, that's pretty good for a tourist trap!

Avoid this place and go across the street. (We had better luck at the shop across the street: Only In Palm Springs.)

Palm springs general store had Prices that were much higher than mentioned in other reviews, but what really turned me off was the constant eye-balling from the employees. We even had one of the cashiers come up to us while shopping. Sorry, can’t recommend.

Overall decent experience with lots of clothing options. Wish they had more people working during memorial day weekend. However with that said, even with a majority of their items for sale being clothings, I had to wait a decent amount of time just to try on some t shirts because the employee was the only one working the floor at that time and couldn't let me into the dressing room. The employee was nice and I felt for him since it seemed he had to keep an eye on everyone and see what the customers were doing but would've been nice to have extra staff working probably during one of the busiest weekends of the year for them 🤷🏽‍♂️

This place is completely lame. I bought a hat an hour earlier and they asked if I wanted a receipt and I said no not thinking about it and then I change my mind and wanted to swap it out for another hat of the same cost an hour later and they wouldn't exchange it because they said they required a receipt. Would be really nice if they had said that during the purchase, but they did not. Very not cool

RESPONSE TO OWNER: I appreciate your situation and I'm not looking to be unreasonable. However, you should not have your staff ask if people want a receipt given that it's required for an exchange. A receipt should be provided if it's policy that one is needed to exchange. Or, at a bare minimum, your staff should emphasize that a receipt is required for return when they ask if you want a receipt. I was very disappointed to have a hat I do not prefer over one you had that I did prefer.
