I feel like this place has changed. It used to be run by some Cambodians. But the two girls there now seem really grumpy and I felt like I was bothering them to ask for simple things like napkins. There was a homeless girl allowed to sit in the corner. I mean, I'm all for helping the homeless but in this situation, it was awkward to sit there with this woman staring at me with a weird smile like she was considering going postal on the customers spending 14 bucks on two slices of ham (edit : upon looking at the video I posted, I noticed it's actually only one slice. ONE SLICE) and a single slice of cheese. Which I'm now trying to figure out why I was spending that on bad attitudes and prison style cafeteria food. It tasted like it was cooked right but kind of hard to mess up a pre-made portioned 3 ingredient meal. Coffee was so incredibly hot, I'm not sure how the cups were able to carry it without disintegrating instantly. At first I thought maybe the place is struggling and they weren't getting much business but I sat for about long enough for my coffee to go from nuclear hot to scorching and there was a steady stream of people buying stuff with a lot of regulars. I must've missed something because for the life of me, I can't figure out why anyone would return to this place let alone be a regular. But lo and behold, all the regulars are older guys that sounded very single the way they were pouring on the flirt. I'm guessing that's the only way they are still open.

Donuts are absolutely amazing! Soft and delicious every time. It’s more of an old school place so we usually go there for donuts to go.

We will forever consider this Swiss donuts our home away from home. We are visitors to the area and only come now and again, but we always love the donuts and our last trip made a strong impact! While munching on our delicious breakfast with my 4 girls and our dog, my youngest accidentally locked our keys and my phone inside my car. It was 110 degrees out and I found myself needing to navigate a long phone call with AAA, which the owner generously loaned me his personal cell phone to accomplish. We then had about a 2 hour wait instead of the 30 minutes they originally suggested. He continued to check on us, brought us inside, worried over us and our dog, gave us cold bottled water for free as he saw us sitting outside too long. Loaned me the store phone once again to check up on the delay. He chatted with my kids as I was dealing with the red tape of 2 states and AAA whatever’s. He was just the kindest and most generous human one could possibly hope for in such circumstances. All that and delicious donuts to boot. We will come whenever we can!

They accidentally charged me for milk $3.15 and tax on the milk, when I only wanted a bacon egg and cheese bagel $9.75, a ham and cheese brkfst crsnt $7.50 and a muffin $4.50 my total was $24.90

When they refunded me they didn't refund me the tax, and as it wasn't my mistake I asked again, they told me it was automatic and I understood, but even though it was probably only $0.21 or so for tax, they said they could not refund it. So I waited 15+ minutes for a bagel to be made when I was told .

Overall, the food was ok, the prices way too high, and the lack of understanding how math works or that you refund the tax too when making a refund will unfortunately keep me from returning here

Went there one morning to get donuts for a team meeting. I was surprised that some mornings they open at 5am!

We were smart to look up the particular location on CA-111 because there hours are from 5:30 Am until 7:30 PM. One needs to come early Am as the donuts sell out quickly. The donuts are fresh and large. Personally love the filled ones. Their selection is terrific. The service was excellent. My wife and I loved their lattes so much we went there another day just for their coffees. Delicious. Prices are terrific. They give a discount for cash. Plenty of onsite parking. Highly recommend this location recognizing these donut stores are all over. Check for hours open before you head out.

Used to love their sausage breakfast sandwiches until my last encounter. I noticed how very little meat and skimpy my sandwich looked. I took it back in to show the girl who made it. She refused to help and said that’s how it was supposed to look and that the other 12 sandwiches I ate in the past were wrong. Keep in mind they charge like a $1.50 extra for sausage meat. Let’s let the picture do the rest of the talking!!!
