This is one of my favorite shops in town because the customer service is phenomenal. ALL of the staff here are incredibly sweet, attentive, welcoming, and helpful. These girls will hype you up, they’re hella quick to set up a fitting room. They didn’t hesitate to place an item on hold. I just love the vibe and the variety. Very organized, clean and the prices are 🔥 affordable compared to other places (especially to another store nearby)🫣🤭 check it out, this place does not disappoint. See y’all soon! I visit Coronado several times year and shopping is one of the things I look forward to! Unfortunately my experience with this boutique has been less than favorable. While there this past February I purchased a bracelet and anklet (not cheap) specifically because I was assured they would wear well and not discolor with showing. After only 4 months the gold tone has worn off the bracelet rendering it unwearable. I have reached out to the shop owner, whom I understand to be Rachel, repeatedly with no response. I am entirely disappointed not only with the lack of quality and false promises in regards to their jewelry but moreso with the complete disregard in my attempt at reconciliation. This does not reflect well for the areas lovely boutiques, especially with those of us who do not live there year-round and cannot readily return in person if there is a problem.

Kinda pricey but way more decently priced than what other little stores were asking for simple clothes. I LOVED how pretty the store / clothes were, all the employees were so helpful and attentive ! Literally grabbed suggestions for me and different sized while I was in the dressing room! 💕

A store full of racist staff. I walk in with my husband. We are the only people in the store. They’re doing nothing but chatting by the register and clearly see us. Not one single word from them. An American couple comes in and they greeted them right away. Disgusting attitudes.

I went there today as they are the only place in San Diego that has citizens of humanity jeans. Great staff, easy shopping and great experience. I will be back!
