This location used to be convenient for returns (I had one a couple of years ago), but I went in today and it’s really gone fully anti-customer. The store was empty and the staff member acted annoyed when I asked for help. He sent me to the kiosk which scanned my code and told me error/to see the associate. He rolled his eyes at me and then seemed almost joyful that I didn’t have access to a printer and couldn’t process my return because I hadn’t been able to print the return label (a service the store provided in the past). Long story short, Amazon is making more hoops for you to return items and the staff member today was more than happy to enforce the hoops rudely.

The Amazon app says that the package has arrived. When you go to pick it up at that location, they say it's not there. Then you receive a message on the Amazon app that the package was picked up without you having picked it up. Then you go to the location to pick up the package and it really is no longer there. Someone must be stealing packages.

Parking is just miserable. Once you manage to park somewhere and get inside the staff rarely acknowledge you, typically just sitting there staring at their phone. Or, they just get up and leave the room, never saying a word.
Unless a friend stops by to say hi. Somehow they manage to take a work break from texting and talk to them.

Very good costumer service!
Needed to return a gift I bought from Amazon.
The Amazon app send me to this store.
It was little far from my location, but was an amazing opportunity to see the beautiful university area.
The Amazon team helped me to do the return. Thanks to young lady the process was outstanding

Very convenient for package pickup or return. You can handle most needs via a touchscreen tablet , but if you get stuck you can ring for an associate to help you complete your task. Parking can be an issue but there are several 15 minute spaces right out front

The easiest way for UCSB students and staff to print, ship, and pick up their Amazon purchases. Friendly staff and a great atmosphere in the heart of Isla Vista.

First of all, there are not many parking spots in front of the location to easily bring in heavy boxes to return. The customer service is not very kind at all! Right as you enter there is no clerk, just there a sign to ring a bell as, 'the employees are in the back working'. But when I rang the bell, a young girl came out. I explained that I had a return. She dismissively pointed to a return drop box at the other end of the room without confirming if I have it properly labeled/sealed. Obviously it was my first time using this location and she wasn't the least bit helpful. After I asked a few more follow up questions I was told to tape up my own boxes before dropping them. But wow, she treated me like I was bothering her.
