Delicious and tasty cookies. Regular size cookies were big enough to split among three people. Toffee cake was delicious but a little bit sweet for me. Cookie dough bits were mediocre. Welcoming service and great atmosphere.

We have had Crumbl cookies from other locations and loved them so I was excited when one opened in Goleta. Unfortunately, the Goleta shop consistently underbakes their cookies - and I don’t mean they’re just a little soft & gooey like fresh out of the oven - I mean 75-90% raw dough inside so it isn’t pleasant and is likely not safe to eat. At these prices I shouldn’t have to throw away 3/4 of each cookie. We hoped maybe it was just a bad batch or an off day so we kept trying, but now we’ve been there once a week for 3 weeks to try the new flavors and each time we have had this same problem. The ones we had in LA were all perfectly baked so we know this isn’t how they’re supposed to be. Goleta - check your oven temps & bake times please!

Edited to add - after seeing the owner’s response I reached out as requested - emailed them 3 weeks ago but never got a reply from them. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

5 Stars – Outstanding Service!

I visited Crumbl in Goleta for the first time, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Wyatt, the employee who helped me, provided outstanding service that truly deserves recognition.

I walked in completely clueless about Crumbl’s menu and business model, but Wyatt took the time to walk me through everything—from how the store operates to detailed descriptions of each cookie. He explained the ingredients and flavors in such a unique and engaging way that it made the entire experience feel magical. Despite my many questions, Wyatt was incredibly patient, never once seeming annoyed or rushed. It was clear that he genuinely cares about both the products he serves and the place he works.

Wyatt’s enthusiasm and exceptional customer service made my first Crumbl visit unforgettable. I’ll definitely be coming back—5 out of 5 stars!

DO NOT GO TO THIS CRUMBL LOCATION!!The selection is slim to none, the cookie was cold & hard, and for the cherry on top I found hair in my cookie…The staff was rude when I tried to tell them it was baked into the cookie and did not exchange it for a new one. So when paying $17 for 4 cookies…you expect better especially when I NEVER make a review on food.

Ordered a box of cookies and was so disappointed. The butter cake was completely raw cake batter in the middle.
I called the store to complain and the first available option to speak with a staff member is to request a refund. Seems telling….
The other cookies were mediocre at best with the common flavor profile being sickeningly sweet. Don’t waste your time. At least I got my money back for the raw cookies.

Pretty good location although the last few times I’ve gone the self service tablets have been out of service; I don’t mind interaction but if there’s a lil line then it would be nice do get the order in asap; staff are nice but it’s just they don’t look as happy as they should I think it lack of staff they are all tired out from being understaffed and from what I’ve heard on Reddit they don’t get a chance to sit down there’s no chairs there should be for the decorating process!

Had a terrible experience here on Jan 18th from 4:09-4:22pm. Was with a friend who loves crumbl and we were on our way to Nothing Bundt Cake shop. Decided to switch gears and give Crumbl a try. Walked in at 4:09 behind another customer. We weren't in a hurry and they were taking a long time but we just discussed the merits of the different cookies. The other customer left and "Wyatt" who was helping her went in the back. There were 4 people working, 3 of which made eye contact with me and looked away. Not one employee said Hi, can I help you, did you need something...not one word. We stood there patiently, noting the trash on the floor behind the counter, the bags and junk on the counter. Someone else walked in and Wyatt reappears and starts to help them. I said "excuse me, I was here first" to which he responded. "I'll be with you in a moment, we do online ordering here." Seriously, I had no idea, didn't see any signage and not one employee bothered to tell me or even see if I needed anything in the 12-13 minutes we were in the store. I walked out and we went to Nothing but Bundt Cakes where we were immediately greeted cheerfully by an employee who came over to help us right away. The counters were clean and sparkling, the floors were clean and we were treated respectfully and courteously. What a difference. My friend who had been praising Crumbl previously mentioned that the Santa Maria store is not like the Goleta store...it is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. I called back to speak with the manager and Wyatt answered, needed help remembering the managers name (2 other staff chimed in), didn't know what day or time she would be back in...it was such an unprofessional conversation and the staff did not really know much about their store. I will never go back there.
