Tracy is the owner of the store, I think. She’s incredible. I left a voicemail with an unusual request for help to hook up a propane hot tub and sauna in a off the grid property in the woods. She spent a week looking for someone to help me and called me back with the phone number to a gentlemen that will help. I called on 6/15/20 to ask about a pool filter cartridge. Unfortunately the lady I spoke with was not willing to help over the phone. I was hoping she could look up some pool filter cartridges for a match to mine, without me having to drive 45 minutes there..... Wished i could have supported a local business rather then order online...
