Have around nine pair of Birkenstocks some dating back to '76. Get them resoled and recorked as needed.

This pair from 1990 is going in to be resoled and recorked at Swensen's Shoes in.Jackson CA because they are the ONLY ones I trust to do a good job! Have been taking my Birks to them for 18 years.

Birkenstock should be proud that Swenson's Shoes has such a high quality cobbler, as well as such a clean store that makes buying new Birks a pleasure.

I was walking in the store and they greeted me but the whole time that I was in there they were watching me like I was going to steal something and it was very uncomfortable and it seemed like they had decent prices but I'm not going to settle for walking into a store and somebody looking at me like I'm some thief so I won't be coming back to this store sorry

Other than the staff always looking at people as if they are felons about to shop lift, especially me, they are pretty nice and helpful. I buy hats, shirts and shoes all the time from here. They just need to get over themselves…respectfully.

Excellent place. Friendly and helpful staff, a good selection of boots and clothing, and above all excellent customer service.
These folks really stand behind what they sell you. My only complaint is the pricing seems a little high when you compare open market values of the items to what they are charging in-store, but I can overlook that in light of supporting a small town mom and pop shop with excellent personal attention.

Took my boots in to be re soled they had em forever no big deal they told me that when I dropped then I finally get them and in 1 week soles were flopping off I call them they said they would take care of it 2 weeks more of them having my boots they used a lot of glue and its super visible and oozed out of side looks bad I will never go back to this place ever.

I had to have a special shoe made because after my surgery my legs seem to have different lengths so for around $150 I got a nice pair of hush puppies with modification great store great service
