I came by to drop off some fedex boxes and waited patiently in line. In front of my was a family trying to ship out a wheelchair. As I overheard the situation, I became extremely upset due to their treatment. The owner tried to charge them 60$ for 2 boxes. Yes, 2 boxes. I can't think of any medium boxes that would be that price and as I ship 20 items a week, I felt these older folks were being taken advantage of. They felt this also as they left right afterwards realizing too that that the price was ridiculous and borderline illegal. I held my tongue because I was there to drop off packages. The owner then tried to charge me 2$ per package for prepaid packages.

After seeing this, I knew that the whole business was in a way to take advantage of rural folk, mostly seniors. I'll never come back here and I'll let fedex know they are charging just to accept packages. I've never seen or heard of that before. Don't be taken advantage of by these crooks.

This place has an insane markup , tried to get a few boxes for moving some things , asked the price of a bundle of boxes and was told $17 but come to find out that is the price of only one box 20x20inch …. That’s insane luckily there is a staples right near there that and they only charges $4 per box . Avoid going postal there are not here as a service they are here to take advantage of folks . I heard about them trying to take advantage of elderly folks and now I see they really try to get over on everyone .

Friendly family owned franchise. Although their business does not have contracts for corporate accounts, for a small fee they will process shipping for returns, etc. for companies like AT&T, Amazon, Nespresso pod recycling, and free for pre-labeled postage paid items, etc. They offer a local and convenient service for those who prefer not to drive to Folsom or El Dorado Hills to UPS or FedEX stores that do contract with major corporations, saving gas money and time.

Rip off, they will lose your stuff and they have no policy on things that get lost. Also very rude and liar owner or atleast the dude says hes the owner. Avoid at all cost dont deal with the headache.
several months ago i dropped off some stuff to be shipped. Bmw stuff worth a lot of money. The dude working never put a label on it and sent the box out. I went in after waiting for more than a month as friendly as i could, first thing the alleged owner tells me in a mocking way is "you can search the store to see if you find it " very disrespectful and apparently brave cuz there was a officer in the shop. I ask him what is your policy when you lose a package the very smart dude says they have literally no policy. So if they lose your pkg they will do nothing about it. The guy would not accept that he sent the pkg with no label. Guess what, i recieve the pkg today after 5 months of me going back and forth with usps they finally found it and yup the pkg had no label on it. These people will take your money but wont admit when they mess up and have the audacity to get mad and be disrespectful when they are being called out. Add to that the barrier aggresion and false courage when theres a officer there to protect you. The owner no good, the other employee was very helpful and understanding

I have been a customer here for a long time. The previous (original owners) were VERY GOOD AND FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL; they have since sold it to VERY NICE, FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL people. The "new" owners are just as nice and friendly as the original. Yesterday, 6/5/2020 went there to have several things packed and shipped off to 3 different people, they made sure I got the best deal possible. It was pricey but I had a LOT to be shipped. I watch one of the owners wrap and pack my stuff and it was OUTSTANDING!

Although I do not like the fees for shipping out free packages, I do like to use their notary and live scan services. Jonathan, the owner, is a very nice guy.
