My experience at this store was exceptional! My sales associate Maddy was very personable, and went above and beyond to provide us everything we needed. She even educated me about their online store for something I was looking for that wasn’t in store. My girlfriend was very comfortable trying on multiple outfits and we spent a good bit of time in there. Thanks Maddy, for going out of your way to help us find the perfect pair of swimwear!

Possibly one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve ever had shopping. As soon as I walked in, I felt as if I was a target. The short Hispanic manager would non-stop pester me I felt unwelcome to shop. When I checked out and politely declined the loyalty program, I was asked to reveal personal information such as my home address. Such invasive questions after refusal is not appropriate. Will not be back😡😢

Volcom has the best no show socks of any brand at any price point. I discovered this at Nordstrom and realized Volcom has a store at this outlet so I came to see if they had them here and they did and even Better that they were 50% off too. The employee that checked me out was great and friendly and I will definitely be back.
