I can’t say enough great things about my experience at Men’s Wearhouse store #3312! Nate went absolutely above and beyond to help me get a suit picked, tailored, and ready to go for an event I have tonight. His meticulous attention to detail and genuine willingness to go the extra mile turned what felt like a hopeless situation into an incredible success.

Not only was Nate phenomenal, but Gabriel also helpful in making the experience easy and stress free. The whole team worked seamlessly together, ensuring I was taken care of quickly and that every detail was perfect. Their professionalism, expertise, and kindness truly set this store apart.

Thanks to Nate, Gabriel, and the incredible team at store #3312, I’ll be walking into my event tonight looking sharp and feeling great. I highly recommend this location—if you want top-notch service, this is the place to go!

Came here for a suit for my fiance. We aren't suit people and felt very overwhelmed. Andreas was fantastic and helped us pick out a complete outfit in less than 30 minutes. If you go ask for him. Very knowledgeable and amazing customer service.

We came to this location looking for a suit for my husband to wear to a friends wedding. When we arrived, there were a couple of employees helping other people, so we patiently looked around at options while we waited. No one ever greeted us or told us they would be with us. About 10 more people came into the store and sat around waiting as well and they we're never greeted. People started getting antsy and asking for help and the employees just said they were busy and would get to everyone later. After waiting about 30 minutes we were finally helped, but had almost left. The employee asked if we wanted to rent or buy and we told him that we were not sure. He put down a paper with photos of suit options and we looked at it. After a few moments of silence, I asked what the paper was for and if he was wanting us to pick a style from it or what because he didn't say anything...he just put the paper in front of us. He then told us that those were the only suit rental options. We decided to look at suits to purchase. We picked out some stuff and needed alterations done. We were told it would take 5-7 days and someone would call to let us know when it was ready. Fast forward 2 weeks and still no call. My husband called to see if it was ready, which it was, so we went to pick it up. This time, we were greeted by a girl who said hello. We waited for about 10 minutes to be helped. When the person at the counter gave him the suit, they just handed it to him on a hanger. We had to ask for a protective bag to take it home in which we found odd.

Overall, I give 2 stars. They had decent options for big and tall, but their pocket squares were lacking variety. The customer service was just really bad. I don't mind waiting for service, and I understand places get busy, but at least take the initiative to smile, greet us, let us know you will help us when available, and dont act like we are a burden.

Got measured for a rental tux in Chicago for a wedding in Tampa. The tux got shipped to a location an hour away from my stay. Nate got it to this store on time and Gabriel made sure everything fit ok, and even pressed it for me. Those guys really took care of the customer.

The staff at Men’s Warehouse was great. They went out of their way to help me when I needed to get some alterations quickly. The manager of the store Nate was super helpful and knowledgeable. This is my go to Men’s Warehouse.

My fiancé and one of our groomsmen just received the worst service from an associate. Don’t bother going to this location if you need to be measured, receive guidance on selection or in general prefer to be treated with basic decency. Absolutely ridiculous that you can’t receive help from associates at Men’s Warehouse with finding a wedding suit…

The customer service is terrible. From getting fitted to picking up our tux for my sons wedding. When we were being fitted they looked at you like asking them a question was an inconvenience. When picking them up we were handed the bag saying we were good to go. No... don't we need to try this on, oh yeah if you want to. No help with my 12 year old. I had to go in and figure it out for him. I will never go back to a Mens Warehouse for a rental again!

Gabriel got me squared away with a sharp 3 piece, 3 shirts, and stellar pair of shoes in less than an hour!!! I’m a little bigger and hate shopping for dress clothes.

Everything is the perfect size and fit!

Give that man a raise, I’ll be returning soon!!
