This bike shop is awesome. I took my Salsa Timberjack XLS29 in for tuneup new chain and a question whether I should go tubeless or put tubes in my tires was greeted by Joe handled accordingly pricing was fair shop was extra clean. People were very nice. I would highly recommend this shop. I will be back thanks guys.

My girlfriend and I had been planning a week long Florida bike tour on rental bikes and been in contact with Trek Land O Lakes by phone a few times. They were selling off existing rental bikes and getting brand new ones in. So we showed up just after opening one Saturday morning in Feb, with backpack and suit case full of panniers and bikepacking bags. Decided on two brand new Dual Sports. We had to buy a rear rack for Hilary’s panniers since they were reluctant to supply one and didn’t have any rentals with racks. But that was the only hitch. And minor.
The entire staff were very welcoming and helpful. They even agreed to store our suit case for the week. The bike shop is right beside the Suncoast Trail. The bikes did the job without issue, and we had a fun tour.

I have to say that I was very impressed with everyone at the store. Jacob from the moment I first met him, very professionally and friendly. He spent a lot of time with me discussing the perfect bike for my wife and not just selling one off the rack. He was very knowledgeable of the entire line of Trek bikes as well as the competition.
Being a cyclist myself and a loyal Trek buyer he really impressed me.
Everyone at the store was very friendly and helpful. The store itself was also very impressive as well. This will be my choice of bike store going forward for all my cycling needs.

The service was spectacular, the guy with the name Jacob attended to us in an exceptional way, since he took all the time with us in the measurements, types of bicycles and answered all our questions from the moment we arrived until an hour and a half after we arrived. We went and bought a Roscoe 7 bike, thank you Jacob for such a good service

Trek is amazing. Their 5 star reviews are well deserved. They were so nice and helpful when I blew out my tire. The best service I have received from a business in a long time. I first attempted to repack the bearings on my rear hub. After opening it up and pulling everything out, I quickly realized there were some issues and this was above my capabilities. I took everything and the bike to Trek L.o.L. My best decision in some time. This is a top-shelf bicycle sales & service shop staffed by professionals. Keith the technician that repaired my bike (thank you!) was awesome, had everything overhauled and back together in perfect working condition in no time at all. Really good people, and yes, that still matters today. High quality work at a very fair and reasonable price. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
