For over a year the principal of this company called on me seeking to sell the property. Not the best in Wesley Chapel, but probably one of the only available commercial lease offices in town. It's like living in a city and having the only restaurant being McDonalds and nothing else to eat. And that McDonalds was really really really overpriced but the ingredients remains the same. Definitely not the best of service for the value.
