This is my first time buying from Chef uniform and because I had to return it because it was way too big they charge you 899 to return and so you do not get a full refund back. I will never order from this company again.

If you’re a guy, don’t waste your time. Out of a HUGE store that could only be described as a small scrubs warehouse, They have a grand total of a 5x5 corner with roughly three options. Nothing in the common ceil blue. Just order online. Definitely won’t be back. Not to mention everything they carry is roughly $10-$15 cheaper on a certain app that offers next day delivery.

I have never heard of not being able to exhange anything without the tags on. I had my receipt and went to exchange lime green scrubs because they were COMPLETELY SEE THROUGH. I had the receipt and they refused to let me swap them out with a different color. I didn’t even want a refund I just wanted a new color and they refused because the tag wasn’t on. I will never shop there again.

I came in the store and was greeted by Jackie. She was absolutely phenomenal helping me pick out scrubs. She explained each brand and recommended ones she really liked and ones she thought I would like as well. Through the whole experience she was very on top of things. Getting me new sizes ect. I have been in the store before but this was one of the best experiences I have had in a while. Shout out to her she's amazing.

I came into the store and the store manager Jackie was so pleasant. She assisted with helping me pick out scrubs and even took her time going through the catalogs to find the colors I was looking for. She went even further then that by assisting me with putting my stuff in a fitting room and stayed close in case I needed a different size. I will highly recommend this place to fellow co worker. This was the best customer service I have received in a long time. You have a great manager.

Your store is beautiful and Jackie was such a great help! We came in on black Friday and to our suprise, the store was very clean and organized with sales associates working hard keeping the store looking great. Jackie greeted us and help us throughout the store looking for scrubs and helping us find the perfect one. She suggested that I try on the maven focus as she said it was comftable and fit like my PJs. Boy she was not wrong. I walked out with two sets and could not be happier with my choice. She helped get my sizes down and explained everything very well. She was very polite and didn't seemed bothered at all to help us even with being as busy as she was. She had associates calling for her, customers asking her questions all in which she managed to mulitask while still serving us 100%. She was great and we will definitely be back to see her. It's hard finding employees who actually care to help but walking into this store was a whole different vibe from the other stores we visited. Thank you for the outstanding customer service. 👏
