I went to O’Neil last week to purchase a bathing suit for my upcoming trip to Dominican Republic and the sales associate Stephanie was so helpful. She told me about how much coverage each bathing suit was, which made my decision making easier. The atmosphere there is always so friendly every time I go. I highly recommend shopping here.

I have purchased O'Neill brand product (mostly shorts) for over a decade ...I have made several purchases at the Tampa Outlets location and have always had a positive experience there , until June 10th 2024.... on that date I attempted to exchange a pair of shorts that the zipper had malfunctioned (off track / broken) and spoke with Julie (store manager) regarding the issue ....This was the most unprofessional customer service I have experienced from a clothing store , yes I was past the 30 day return policy , I accept that but as I was explaining my reason for not being able to come to a store (out of the country) the said manager pointed to the "return policy" printed on the counter as if I was a child (I am 52 years of age) ... She stated I should have shipped the shorts back, I explained shipping fees from Colombia would cost more than the shorts and that "O'Neill" customer service advised to explain the issue once I was back in the US.. I was more than happy to show proof to the manager (Passport entry/exit stamps) for not being able to return to this location to exchange the shorts...As I was leaving after being frustrated , she stated "Have a good day" in a condescending manner ....I did not understand why she was being so rude and difficult about a simple matter .....Julie , needs additional training or a different career . The correct response to a customer would be " I'm sorry I am not able to assist you, I have to follow Company policy. Please try O'Neill 800 customer service to see if they could possible help"........Julie I hope you learn how to better with communicate with customers , if not you will fail in sales.

O’neill has great quality clothing and awesome deals! So far I have had great experience with the staff as they are super friendly and helping. Sales Associate Jaden was very helpful in making sure we got everything we needed. Great customer service all around!

Went in to purchase a suit for 4th of July and made it in the store about 20 min before they close but i knew exactly which one i wanted and just wanted to try on before buying. The “manager” decided I couldn’t try my ONE bikini on because they closed in 10 min and had already cleaned the dressing rooms. I don’t have energy to argue with lazy people so I simply put it down on the counter and went to leave the store just to find the door locked with about 5-8 customers inside the store during OPEN business hours which is illegal and unsafe. The guy working had to come and unlock so I could leave and told me the manager told them to lock the door. She was yapping about how its “ridiculous that people are still coming in and we close at 8”. Welcome to working in sales and any customer service job ever lol. Anyway just wanted to share because I wish I knew this before driving 35 min to that store from south tampa for nothing. This was on Monday July 1st.

I love this store. The clothing is modern, fitted, and fun. O’Neill is a phenomenal brand. The store manager Judy is extremely kind and her staff is a reflection of her. They are very helpful and personable. I highly recommend this location. Check them out.

I went into the store today just to browse around and possibly make a purchase. The wonderful associate, Madison, helped me through my whole visit. She assisted me with the fitting room and helped me get clothes down from the racks. Overall experience with Madison was excellent! I will be back to shop here again!

I was told all T-s were 3 for 30.00 today May 30th and I should have checked the receipt before leaving and didn’t. I was charged 13.00 per T-shirt. So frustrating to visit a store for the sale and then they ring it up incorrectly. I was also told over the phone that they couldn’t adjust over the phone that I would have to drive 40 mins back to get an adjustment lol. Nope not in this traffic. Live and learn but I do love the brand!
