I wouldn't recommend a Dog to buy an outfit from her . She will not issue a refund and keep your money .

The clothing item was $60 online and $120 in person. I inquired about the price difference in store and the clerk told me that the in store price is different from the online price. I still went ahead and bought the item. However, I saw another item that better suited me and asked before I even left outside of the store to exchange it. She told me that exchanges are not available and that I would have to get an in-store credit. I feel like that business is ripping customers off and unreasonable. It's not like they are selling name brand clothing for the prices to even be that high.

After reading the reviews I decided to take my chances and go there anyway I’m glad I did because they have really cute things the prices are not that expensive but not that cheap either the quality of the clothing are good however I gave it four stars because of their location there is zero parking other than that I had a great experience.

I ordered from them weeks ago my order has not shipped. I reached out over 25 times. No response. I commented on her post because you're posting daily but not getting back to me.. finally received a response sorry she just needs my id to ship it out.. my email and number is on my purchase if that was the case why wasn't i reached out to? sent it then I never got a response again nor was it shipped. Their customer service is nonexistent. Currently filling a claim with the BBB. The audacity to keep my money no update no item ect. People have to stop making business when it doesn't suit them. I ordered a month before my birthday to avoid any conflicts my birthday is now next week how is this possible? If these businesses with millions of customers can get back to you within 24 hours so can you. Disgusting business behavior.

Her shipping is horrible. I made a purchase June 3rd it’s now June 18th. I’ve reached out she keep saying sorry I’ll ship it tomorrow and never do. At this point I don’t want it and will be disputing.

Today I was done because I ordered from a different site and my item wasn’t here on time I came into Jadore and Andrea help me every step of the way. She showed me multiple options and made my whole experience fun. I definitely will be returning

Ordered something from here expedited shipping ($35), dress I ordered was $115, so it would come well before I needed it. They sent me the wrong size. When I reached out to them I let them know and the customer service was horrible. I made aware that I ordered with expedited shipping because I needed it before a certain date for an event. I asked that if the replacement could not be shipped and delivered prior to that date I would opt to return the dress for a full refund. No one answered or said anything to me, I just received a return label from the website. I returned the dress and it was delivered to them on a Monday. Still no refund. 5 days later I reached out letting them know I still had not received my refund, no answer. 10 days later from the delivery date I reached out again after filing a dispute with PayPal because I still had not received a refund. No answer. After filing the dispute they emailed me back saying only that they would look into it. Next thing I know I am receiving a notification saying that my dress has shipped. Meaning two weeks after needing it they were trying to send me a dress I no longer need after messing up. Worst customer service and worst boutique I have ever had an experience with. I still have not received a refund from them and will be refusing the package when it comes.
