I've been coming here a little over three months now and simply love it. From the inexpensive hair products, to the great customer service. Every time I come I always get treated with respect and find some great hair care products. Truly a hidden gem that I am so glad I discovered!!! These are all photos of their wigs that are versatile and two of them were 360's for $35!!!

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience at Beauty Supply Warehouse. While I’ve been a loyal customer for years, my recent visits (including in 2023/2024*) have been deeply frustrating due to the unprofessional behavior of staff and management.

On multiple occasions, employees have been dismissive, avoidant, and outright rude when asked for help. Managers seem unwilling to address concerns, which is shocking for a business that once felt welcoming. It’s disheartening to see a place I loved decline in customer care.

I hope this feedback reaches leadership. Investing in staff training, fostering respect for customers, and improving accountability could turn things around. Until then, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

This is my go to spot for everything. It’s literally fully stopped. The owners are super nice and if they can’t find anything, of course they get the girls to assist you and the girls are pretty nice as well so thank you guys. Keep doing what you’re doing. I’m always gonna come here as long as you guys are open you’re gonna be my first choice. Rather than the other beauty supply store surrounding me. You have an awesome selection and if you if you guys don’t have it in your warehouse, I don’t know who would because you literally have everything here.

I just walked into there and cashier is very rude and unprofessional and ghetto she asked me if I have 5$ dollars in my account and I told her "yes" and she "believed" that I didn't have money and I told her I do and she tried to charge me 5$ dollars for a item, That's 2$ dollars 😂 so I was calm and explain to her that just run me the 2$ dollar item because I have money on the card she got disrespectful and told me I look broke so I just left
