This place is completely unprofessional. They didn't have school uniform shirts in and suggested I buy the shirts somewhere else and bring it back to them for embroidery. Well guess what. Got the call several days later the shirts I bought were ready for pickup and when my spouse arrived they weren't even the shirts I purchased. They tried giving us SOMEONE ELSE'S uniform shirts of a much lesser quality. I bought French Toast uniforms and they tried giving us an unheard of dollar store brand and they tore the price tag off of each shirt as if I wouldn't notice. They gave no explanation, just a discount on the embroidery but I was left with lesser quality school uniforms for my child that I'll probably have to replace mid year!! This place is a joke. Don't shop here.

THE WORST PLACE TO GO! I dropped off 4 shirt on a Thursday to be done by the following Tuesday, I call him the following Monday to check if my shirts were made and he waited for me to call him to tell me that the shirts were not done because “the price was not worth paying”. How can you keep my shirts for 5 days and not have the courtesy to at LEAST call me to tell me that they couldn’t be done?!? I went crazy looking for another place to do my shirts for next day but was impossible. My company stayed without shirts because of this guys unprofessionalism.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! THEY ARE TOTALLY UNPREPARED AND CANNOT FULFILL SIMPLE ORDERS. THEY ARE THE UNIFORM COMPANY FOR BAYVIEW ELEMENTARY AND DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE UNIFORM SHIRTS ORDERED - 10 DAYS BEFORE SCHOOL IS STARTING. EVERYONE HAS TO WAIT FOR THE SHIRTS TO GET HERE AND THEN WAIT EVEN LONGER FOR THEM TO EMBROIDER THEM - WHICH WILL BE MERE DAYS BEFORE THE START OF SCHOOL. AND WHAT'S EVEN WORSE, THE MAN TELLS ME TO GO BUY MY SHIRTS SOMEWHERE ELSE SO HE CAN EMBROIDER THEM AND WHEN I RETURN WITH THE SHIRTS HE THEN TELLS ME THAT I STILL WON'T HAVE THE SHIRTS UNTIL NEXT WEEK! INSTEAD OF EMBROIDERING THE SHIRTS I BROUGHT HIM AND THAT HE HAS IN FRONT OF HIS FACE RIGHT NOW, HE WANTS IS TO WAIT UNTIL ALL THE OTHER SHIRTS GET DELIVERED, THEN HE EMBROIDERS THEM ALL - THEN HE'LL GET TO MY SHIRTS. THAT'S INSANE. HE HAS UNIFORM SHIRTS I'VE GIVEN HIM ON A SATURDAY BUT HE WANTS ME TO WAIT UNTIL WEDNESDAY TO START MY SHIRTS AFTER ALL THE OTHER SHIRTS COME IN. MAYBE HE SHOULD'VE HAD PREFERRED INVENTORY WHEN YOU WANT TO REPRESENT A SCHOOL. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. RUN. AND NO SCHOOL SHOULD EVER HAVE THIS STORE AS THEIR SOLE UNIFORM PROVIDER. EVER.
