I happened to Google this store looking for nail supplies in my area. First time coming here and the manager/owner very rude and unwelcoming. Pretty much yelled across the store from another isle that if you are taking too long to choose your colors it means you are stealing. Not sure who she was speaking of or to but nonetheless I will not be spending my money here. UPDATE: Essential Nail Supply in Hollywood has excellent customer service, very nice store, prices clearly listed! You're welcome.

Ladies & Gentlemen this is one of the nail everything best supplier in the South Florida area they have a large selection of everything 2 locations Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach. If your a professional in the beauty industry like myself this is one of the best supporting suppliers. Sometimes they do run out of certain products do to the high demands in distribution. Prices are reasonable. They have been in business a long time. Stop in by they speak English Vietnamese in Spanish.

The customer service is horrible, also It’s crazy how they overcharge you on products (stealing from customers ) they don’t price all items so they can make up their price at the register ,but have they’re Caribbean workers (men employees) watching like a hawk & following customers through out the store to make sure no one is stealing but yet your company steals from ppl everyday 😂😂😂. I make 6 figures a year but I’m treated like a thief when I shop at this location … I’m done ( lost a customer )

RUDE!!! Asked the lady (owner) for gel polish to do a French, She showed me 2 colors with an annoyed attitude but I didn’t care for
Them so I told her I would keep looking. She kept standing next to me and When I reached for any color she would yell at me that it wasn’t for French… but I was just looking for other options. Then she told me to look at the sample nails (while still standing next to me) and when I asked her for
The one I liked she said with super attitude that it didn’t come in gel… so needless to say, I just left. Never going back to

In response to their response, I was NOT color testing as my nails were done! I asked if
I could open it to see the color, you said “yes, you just can’t test it”! But the proof is that I’m not the only review that says you’re rude!

They are rude and not helpful AT ALL. They are biased to other races and helpful to there own people . I will spend my money elsewhere! I have gone to better nail supply stores … I just went in here to check supplies and prices. They didn’t want to help me so I kept my money. WONT be stepping foot back in there.
