Where shall I start? Neither one of the ladies behind the register understood English charged me wrong. Fought with me about the price and then wouldn’t give me back the difference when I paid in cash They told They needed to give me Store credit. I told him I didn’t want Store credit cause I’ll never be back in the store and they said there was nothing they can do about it so I walked out. I will never shop in the store again. I advised you people not to either. Very nasty people that don’t speak English. this was their Orlando location that I had an issue with

On Friday, June 3rd at 5:37 pm I saw a cute shirt in the window of this store. I walked in and started to look around, I was told by the salesgirl that they were closing in few minutes. I walked around for a minute and asked her if I could try on the shirt. She replied come back tomorrow. She then told a gentleman she was closing he needed to leave the store. Since I was leaving the next day I slipped the t shirt over my dress and then asked if I could by it. She once again said they were closing but reluctantly rang me up. This according to my receipt was 5:41 pm. I asked her when they closed and she said 5:40. The hours state they are open until 6:00 pm. She was rude and clearly exhibited no customer service skills. She stated she wanted to get out of there. I’m sure there are other people that would love this job.

DONT SHOP HERE Horrible clothes, these people know what they’re doing though selling cheap/barely put together clothing and offering no refunds. What a way to screw customers and keep money in your pockets to push out your clothing

Update: They moved locations at sawgrass but don’t be fooled. Learn to make your own clothes or save up for quality cause this ain’t it babes.

The Q shop has incredibly friendly staff, unique clothing that is perfect for a day at the beach/pool or even a night out. They carry everything essential you might have forgotten to pack i.e. toothbrush, deodorant, pain relief and more! Beautiful shop with beautiful goods to take home for a memorable vacation!

Horrible experience of the Rude attitude of the cashier i ask her about the fitting room ad she replied rudeness ever. I'm not happy and I put all the cloth I like. 💯 she is not fit on her job at all
