Well I got to say it's pretty peaceful when it's closed. When it's open it's pretty nice too. Plenty of parking,plenty of shopping, definitely a good way to meet people.

It's usually crowded and loved by many locals. Yet, I've always found this mall to be 3 stars compared to other malls I've been in with close to similar size. There's not enough clothing, shoes, or heels I like here.

Great selection of stores, very clean, decorated nice for the holidays, I love the ambience of the mall, great layout. I'm happy to stopped in to shop. Park Place is a great place to buy men suits. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Drove past and didn’t even think about going into it. I seriously thought it was closed until I saw the very few cars outside of the movie theater. Went in and it was dead, most of the stores closed due to lack of maintenance in the mall which isn’t their fault it is the owners of the mall’s. They would have lots of business if they just got it together or maybe re did the place. This mall is a cry for help, and is something that looks like it would be on horror movies when a killer comes in. This place will close down sooner or later since no one even thinks about going inside and would rather order online or go somewhere better and cleaner than inside this mall. If you are reading this and you are the owner of this mall, FIX IT OR GET NEW MANAGEMENT. You will close soon if you don’t get it together.

We had lunch in the court!! Bourbon chicken was sooo good!!
We went to rack room and bought 2 pair of shoes, the have buy 1 get the other 1/2 price!!

It’s great to look at all the variety but it’s an absolute ripoff. The prices are nothing in reality. I’ve seem goodwill labels on things for 2 dollars left in Items and selling for 69 dollars. There is a lot of way overpriced Disney junk you can buy online half the price which kinda
Goes for most things sold here. It’s a tourist trap plain and simple with a lot of garbage that venders cleaning out their garage sell here. The Disney crap in back of store is the biggest ripoff not even close to what’s it’s worth.

The mall is surprisingly populated and most stores are open! I would lile to say the parking lot and the exterior of the mall look as if noone cares for anything there. Did the landscaping crew quit? there are massive drifts of leaves and pine needles blocking parking and entrances, and garbage all over the exterior. Huge tree branches all over the lot. This is not hurricane debris, it's been months and everyone else in town has been taken care of. If business are thriving here it would seem the ownership of the building and facilities would care for the property to make it safe for guests to enter.
