I dont give it 0 star because i cant but I do understand that I walked 2 minutes before closing and the kid was rude since the begining telling me he doesnt work until after 7 pm and doesnt get paid after seven so unfortunately I will take my bisuness elsewhere esoecially when the smoke shop is such a saturated business now in days so obviously my business was not important so i can go to the other 1000 smokeshops we have every quarter mile in south Florida in Lakeland

I called this store to price check the vape I normally get as my normal shop was out this morning. I am told that they are not allowed to give prices out over the phone since my age cannot be verified (first time in 4 years I've ever been told this), but guaranteed me the prices were the lowest in the area. Turns out they charge about $5 - $10 more for most of their products! The man I spoke to was not rude, but it's not right to mislead people by claiming your prices are lower when they aren't.

This was my first visit to this shop. The young man who greated me was extremely polite and friendly. My issue is a couple days later I visited a different shop down the road that had the same things I bought but for half the price. The guy was shocked when I told him what I paid. Unfortunately I can't justify shopping here in the future because of this.
Update 1: In response to stores response, both the VooPoo Argus and the Jam Monster juice were exactly the same for almost half the cost elsewhere.
Update 2: Just noticed last night that the juice I paid $30 (17.99 elsewhere) on 04/30/2024 has an expiration date of 03/24/2023. Brought bottle back (still full) to store and was refused an exchange with reason being the juice doesn't go bad.
So if you want to pay more for expired products this is the store for you.

I love this place!! Definitely my favorite smoke shop in town, they have so many different options for everything you need. The employees are also fantastic, every time I go in there I see Manny. He’s very helpful, always answering my questions, telling me about new stock, etc. I look forward to seeing him when I go in there! Someone get this man a raise.
I tell all of my friends about this place, definitely worth the stop!
