I went here to purchase something for my wife. When I found out I got the wrong thing, they refused to exchange. Sales guy knew I was purchasing for someone else and did not tell me they had a no exchange or return policy. Also did not see it posted in the store.

This is the best smoke shop, me and my girl come here every couple of weeks for our vape needs, Becca the new employee is super helpful and awesome, and the new manager is really cool, they both help suggesting amazing tasting vapes and both have great customer service!
