Lakeland, FL. It’s better than a Hallmark Crown because, while it has Lily Pulitzer and many of the same lines, this boutique adds custom stationery services and a broader range of selection of some items. A great place to shop for gifts!

Heidi is absolutely the best to work with! My invitations came out wonderful and Heidi did all she could to make it possible! She will go out of her way to get things done and anything it takes to have them done right!

As for the person who posted a one star, incorrect spelling is on the client, especially if it's in Spanish. Heidi clearly states all needs to be proofread and makes you sign on it that you have actually seen the proof and accept it. And to me your experience sounds like it had to do with your rush. If you want rush shipping, its available, that is if you are not making some crazy invitation.

Aside from the invites, Heidi has a great shop with a lot of cute items, even for men. And a beautiful wedding venue on the second floor! Definitely worth your time to stop by and an absolute sweetheart and overall great person to work with! Thanks Heidi for everything!

I love Heidi and her team. They are always so helpful and are very knowledgeable about the products they have in store - even though they have a very large selection of upscale merchandise. Heidi, Carian, and the entire team at the Stationary loft are amazing! I went to them as I was looking for a local vendor to do my wedding invitations and they have printed everything for my life and business ever since! They work with me on design and timeline, which is not always an easy task! If you were looking for a local small business for all your Printing needs, look no further you found them!

I absolutely love this store! I don’t find many stationary stores these days, but this one was a true treasure and Heidi was very nice and helpful. She took her time to explain a few items I asked her about.

Unfortunately, while I was in the store a rude lady came in and was yelling at her because she wanted her used mask fixed. I can never understand how people can be so demanding and rude especially to those who are providing a customer service.

Thank you Heidi for helping me! I found a very unique fountain pen and the perfect notebook for my study notes!
