T Tom was amazing and so helpful. I had my belongings in storage for two years. Nothing is damaged. Everything was always clean and a good price considering how close to the ocean it was what a great experience. Super patient with my disabled mother. Best storage place in town!

Quick and easy process to reserve my space and complete paperwork. Everyone in the front office was so helpful and nice, and they answered all my questions very thoroughly. I love that the facility is all climate controlled. It is easy to access my things when I need to. The facility is nice and clean as well, which as I’m sure we all know is not always the case for other storage facilities. I’m very pleased with Cubesmart.

My only problem came with central location and not with the one I have my storage unit with. I was down sizing, taking stuff out and letting the unit go, and then getting another small unit in the same building. When I called to rent the next unit they had one available. I said I’ll take it. And what is my confirmation number?
The woman said just use the new units number150. I said ok and I’ll start the day I close out the other unit, which was only a week or two. When I got there I told the manager Tom I reserved a unit. 150. He looked it up and said it was taken. I said but I have a confirmation number 150? He said HO! We were waiting for to call us back?

The fact the rent goes up every other month is not acceptable when you have a contract I understand inflation . At least let your customers know about it .
