I purchased 4 minis from this location on 12 Feb 2025. I opened the third one which looked easily much less than 3.5 grams. It weighed. 1.4 grams. I opened my remaining one to check further to find it weighed 4.1 grams. Both should have been 3.5 even. I weighed the empty container along with the thin tin foil seal. 29.1 grams. My scale will accompany me from now now on.

The staff are very professional, well trained, knowledgeable, and friendly.
They had the hard to find Northern Lights strain that I'd been on a quest for.
The location itself is very easy to miss and drive by, even with a GPS. The palm trees on the main street side cover the name, and the parking/ customer entrance is actually around back. But, don't give up it's worth it. Once you've found it, you'll be back.

The managers will sort this out again and again, but Craig is a thief.

Either by accident or on purpose. He will talk you up all friendly, and then do a switch on either cash or your online order. Tries to not give you your receipt-

Multiple occasions. I am now having to go back AGAIN to fix his bs. He tried to steal $30 last night and I believe still owes me $10 -

Ive been with trulieve for years, I don't trust him to handle my orders or money.

First time patient, they were super welcoming. Gave me the rundown of all the ins and outs, discounts, recommendations even return policy if ever you feel unsatisfied with your product. I wanted wanted to give the staff a hug or a handshake or something LMAO. Great experience. 10 out of 10 would recommend

Great service to one sometimes is the detriment to everyone else. 5 of us enter about the same time but in a clear order. All of us have online orders. The first is taken back then I (2nd) was skipped in favor of 2 regulars who the staff had a clear relationship with even going as far to not check the ID a second time once at the register because he "knows her". Not the end of the world, it's just a pickup so it should only be a moment, wrong. They chat and chat and chat while 3 other staffers mill around. One comes to the lobby to tell us we'll be helped soon and I was annoyed so I told him I should've been helped already, that I was first to which he responded immediately and curtly that they had online orders so they're first... I had the same. All in all it's just frustrating to run inside an empty store and watch 5 employees have a grand time with a set of regulars as if they were more important.
