On a personal note, we visited Oriental Mart to gather ingredients for glass noodles with orange tofu, a dish we learned to cook by watching a YouTube tutorial. I have been a customer since I moved to Broward, in 2003. But recently it is not as pleasant to shop as it used to be.
It seems like they may have changed management in the recent year. I preferred coming here over a Chinese market closer to my house.
Yes, there are new younger people now employed, which in general are fairly nice, but the music on some days are very loud and not appropriate to shop in.
Today, 03/23/2025, there were two cashiers. An older, Asian lady and the other, a younger non-Asian girl, who did not greet, say thank you or smile. Not a word, which was very rude when I thanked her twice.

It will be a lot further from my house, but I will be going to another Asian market in Coral Springs, KIMCHI MART.

Fantastic! Friendly staff and an incredible variety of noodles, kimchi, sauces, spices and frozen and fresh refrigerated food. They also have fresh vegetables.

Largest selection of Asian grocery items. I could spend hours in here. And they even had "cream buns" I see in the Asian dramas I watch! An incredible exploration of cultural cuisine!

I love this Korean place always have the cutest and the best Korean or Asian food in general they are the best !!! Every week new items new look I love it there is like I’m in Korea 7/11 love this !! Very recommend to try it you love Asia like me ❤️amazing oriental market!

There are a lot of interesting remedies. I purchased a rubbing ointment called eagles band in a green bottle. Service & atmosphere was okay. I can see myself shopping at this location if I am in the area.

Such a wide variety. I went in to make 2 purchases, I purchased over $40 worth of stuff. I rushed home and googled how to prepare bok choy & pork hot pot soup...it was delicious. No one asked if I need any help finding anything. So I just went down each isle selecting many different things.
