My sister and I recently lost our beautiful 87yr old mother. Miss Lorene made the most beautiful arrangement I have ever seen. She listened to my sister, (who used to arrange flowers), as she described our mom's favorite colors and flowers. It has been 2 weeks since her funeral and the flowers are still vibrant. Outstanding customer service! I live in Northern VA and I wanted to send flowers to someone down in this area. The order was processed quickly and delivered quick as well. The arrangement turned out beautifully, even better than the pictures. I also needed to make a small change to the order before delivery, and the florist was able to help me, although it was a little challenging to get them on the phone at first. The lady that took my order was extremely polite over the phone. I bought my wife a bouquet of 24 long stem roses for her birthday. They were delivered to her job at time they said they would be delivered. The roses are extremely beautiful and have lasted a while. My wife was extremely happy with the product. I will be definitely be using them again. Best part is they don’t come delivered in a UPS box. Lol

Great flower shop! We wanted send a get well bouquet to a friend and I found this local florist who did an amazing job! Not only the arrangement was so beautiful, it was bigger than it looks online. This week I lost my beloved dog and an out of town colleague surprised me with flowers. She found this florist on-line and wanted to shop "local" as it popped up somewhat close to my address. I was not expecting this gift at all, but an extremely nice lady called me to say that a flower delivery was on the way and she was confirming my address in Plantation. Let me just say that I have lived all over the country, and in Hawaii and have sent and received many beautiful arrangements. This one from "A Royal Bloom" is at the top of my list for its' beauty, flowers, scent and obvious talent in the arrangement itself. Also, included was a hand-written beautiful Hallmark card that matched the colors of the arrangement perfectly! WOW! It is truly one of the best arangements that I have seen like this. I am truly impressed and appreciative. Thank you for helping to make a rough week a little better. Count me as a future customer! Thank you!
